I stayed in room 1301 which is too close to railway, I can hear the noise from railway even though the windows were closed.

Location and very updated room. Had a larger than usual bathroom for Japan. Just 1.5 blocks from Sapporo Station. Excellent value. Had to wait for the official check in time of 3pm before they let you check in even when the room was already cleaned and ready to go.

Perfect for one night stay. Close to station, easy check in, spotless, and a pitch black room You can hear the trains, but it didn’t bother us because we had an early morning anyway

The room is on the bigger side by Japanese standards and comfortable. The big table and bench were great when I had to attend some meetings via Zoom during my stay. The location is perfect, there are entrances to the underground system within twenty meters, and the JR gate is conveniently close too.

Free printing of boarding passes. The hotel charges 10 yen for each pass printed. Sure it's not much, but you asked what I didn't like.

Convenience, very close to train station, in fact , too close and you can see and hear the train. Close to attractions and eateries. If the 2 floor could open to customers who do not have breakfast will be better. Coffee and tea available only after 3 pm does not too helpful. Convenient

Generally it is a not bad hotel. A great location if you are taking JR. Room is small, can’t open both adult suitcases in the room. Next time shall ask and pay for bigger room. Bed is a bit too small for me.

There is water in the bathtub even though it has not been used. To get warm water, you have to turn on the water at high speed.

The room was very nice, clean and big, compared to the Japan standard. Location is great, 1 minute far from the Sapporo JR station. Checkin was only after 3pm with no possibility for early checking (they offered to leave the baggage there until checking time)

It is near the Sapporo station (Hokkaido Uni exit) and next to 7 Eleven and across Lawson. Very clean and staff are helpful. Allows overnight luggage storage. Lifts are a bit slow
