Clean room, friendly staff

Very nice and quiet! Felt very safe!

Staff was welcoming. It was relatively inexpensive. Despite being billed as a non-smoking property, everything had an odor of cigarette smoke, including the room. It seemed they just tried to paint over it thinking that would eliminate the odor. It didn’t.

I get online a one bed room king bed and when I got they give me a handicapped room double bed that’s really bad

I scheduled three rooms in March under my name for my family for three rooms. When we checked in our three rooms were all the same with two queens with a mandatory deposit that the desk clerk guaranteed us to get our deposit back for all three rooms. Hopefully, the property will do the right thing and refund each room, as the desk clerk said we would get the deposit when we checked out. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.

First room was filthy. Second wasn’t much better.

Passable

My stay was short but the hotel was clean

Room was clean. Elevator was kind of rickety. They're doing construction on some parts of the hotel, so those parts were taped off. We could hear some loud cars until about 11:30pm, but then it was silent for the rest of the night. My teenage son slept on the window seat, just because he wanted to, and said it was comfy.

Staff was helpful and the property was clean. The motel was in the midst of remodeling but the room was quiet and clean. I liked the shower. Parking was good and the restaurants were close by. The motel and the surrounding area appeared to be safe. There was some radio noise in the parking lot at night but the noise didn't last for long. The room door was difficult to close but once closed all was good. Breakfast consisted of bagels, Quaker oatmeal, and juice, which was fine with me. The price of the room was good. I recommend the motel for a short stay,

When we arrived, the desk clerk told me I did not have a reservation. I tried to show her my Expedia confirmation and told her the price I was expecting and she told me that 3rd parties didn’t usually follow through, and I should have booked directly with the hotel. She did have an available room, so we paid the extra fee. She was very rude. The Ice bucket was contaminated and the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working , so we had to go to the front desk for a new bucket, bag and ice. The refrigerator didn’t work, and most plug-ends didn’t work, and some were literally hanging out of the wall; too dangerous to use. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work, and in the bathroom, there were no wash cloths and the tissue box was empty. A cockroach was crawling up the wall in the morning. Only good thing was that the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

There was construction and the breakfast orange juice tasted horrible and it upset my stomach.
-
Computers were down making check in drag out , online check in was a waste , washer/dryer didn’t work, breakfest was below average , property needed updated and was under construction

Unfortunately the hotel was renovating during our stay. That seemed to have a lot of things messed up. The continental breakfast was severely lacking as the juice wasn’t even working. The room was clean but the hallways had an odd smell, possibly due to the renovations. The beds were not very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly.
