Beds how big room.was We were by the steps and ppl were hanging around laughing and talking loudly after 930pm

That its close to my job, and the ac works really good Couldn't fix the color on the TV and it wouldn't go to full screen. But it wasn't that big of a deal.

But this time was a new assistant at the desk, in training. This made check-in a hassle. He could not locate the payment arrangement and wanted me to use a credit card. I then had to locate a Booking.com agent (thankfully a person working on the weekend), who would rescue me from despair. ?

The staff super friendly

I am going to stop book my hotel through third-party so I can get my money back. I have videos with bugs on the bed bugs on the floor got bit on my foot. There was dead bugs. And bug that was alive on the bed. I got bit on my foot. Some kind of bug I have video and picture. The sheet on the bed was disgusting and has burned mark on it even though it was not a smoking room.

The rooms were dirty and when we spoke to the desk they offered a discount but we were told we had to speak to hotels.com to get it. Mold was everywhere. There were several spiders and people working on what looked like stolen cars with broken windows and starters late into the night. Disgusting marks on the mattresses under the sheets

At beginning she said no early check in fee, she told me comeback until 7:00 am, when I comeback she was on her way out, other guy came to replace her in day shift so he said yes they have a early check in fee, so I have to sleep on my truck from 5:00 am to 7:00 because she told me no early check in fee !! Terrible

Staff and check in was a breeze, the area is nice Very uncomfortable and dirty bed, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, pube hairs all over the bed ( stained sheets and blanket).
