Red Roof Inn Mobile North - Saraland

I would give it a zero if I could. Very rough, room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. No towels, hand soaps, nasty smell in room, hair in sink and toilet,Filthy tub. Looked like someone took out all the cords to the tv to steal it. I suspect this hotel rents by the hour. Turned around left and slept at a rest stop. It was extremely bad and looked like dangerous characters and goings on around the hotel.

You get what you pay for. We needed somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours on this long road trip. The front desk lady was rude and you could hear people all night long just in and out their rooms, up and down the stairs…

Never stayed

The first room I was in no running water the bed was broke down and the bathroom was not clean they moved me to another room 105 and it wasn't no better one of the bed was broken the water was okay and the internet never was working for a few days and the first room had mildew in it and it was just was terrible everybody was staying there for one night complaining it about how bad that property was I got a whole video on everything I just said it didn't have no fire smoke alarm bin the room of anything would have broke up I feel like I deserve my money back I did when I made my order that I can get my refund back and the only reason why I stayed there it's because I couldn't reserve another motel stay and I don't recommend no one to go to Red roof inn to stay not one night it was not good for me they only clean my room wise they kept coming in my room like they wanted to steal something when I was gone because every time I leave they will come in and they will cut the lights off and I know I left the lights on they had no right to go in my room for anything looking for nothing if I would have had money in my room it would have got stolen they actually was doing too much and then I thought I had reserved my room to the 19th but I had reserved it to the 17th they want to overcharge me money to stay for two nights on their property I don't know whether they was parking in my money or not but I was unhappy staying there but I had to because I had no other choice I would never eve

Horrible, had 2 rooms both smelled like mold. Mold was visible on ceiling and on bathroom wall, bath tub. Comforters were dirt. Sheets appeared soiled-stains. No soap in bathrooms - asked front desk for some and was told he has no access to housekeeping and no soap in office- he did look around - no luck. Did not stay at location- returned keys and hopefully get my money back.

It is convenient to most everything. Even traveling to Biloxi and to Orange Beach, wasn’t a bad drive either direction. Floors were nasty, tub was nasty, dispensers for soaps and shampoos were empty and laying on the side of the tub, we had to get towels and rags for our room after check in. The pool, not cleaned, and is small.

The air didn’t really cool the room and it was set on 61 when we checked in. The room smelled terrible. I reported that the bed was broken and a woman was sent and set it only for it to fall sideways once u sat on it. The pillows were flat. I just wasn’t pleased. My entire Rusty’s I was saying how mad I was to myself for booking.

Location , reasonably priced, newly renovated TV in room did not work., not enough towels in room., pillows were uncomfortable

The A/C was acting funny and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work .

The room we had was not the one we asked for. No walk in shower and the lady said that was the last room. The refrigerator frozen my wife's food the next morning but the staff changed out the refrigerator and all was ok after that. The bathroom wall was coming apart and needed remolding.

The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for a refund and left.

The Property Felt Unsafe. People were Hanging Out like it was an Apartment Complex. I Never got out my Car. Someone was Sitting next to my Room Door. Trash was all Over the Property. I Went back to the Front Desk and Requested a Credit. The Receptionist agreed to Credit me but I Never Received a Credit from the Red Roof Inn or Expedia. I wont be Using Expedia anymore after the Terrible Experience.

I didnt like anything about this place I looked at 2 separate rooms an both were dirty an nasty, hadn’t been cleaned, I asked for non smoking but the room smelled of smoke, the second room I was offered was worse than the first, I cancelled my reservation an asked for a full refund Nothing, it was a pigsty, I want a full refund I cancelled my reservation an checked again 2 days later to make sure it was cancelled an a full refund returned, but so far no refund

Do not use this hotel EXPEDIA when my other hotel cancelled on me they recommended this one the pictures are not true I PUT a chair by my door, people were out partying by there rooms, not safe for a single woman….

No full size towels Jetted tub did not work No body wash Short tempered front desk clerk It was suppose to be a special gift for my girl who was having a bad day. Only offered a $16 refund for an $81 reservation after all that and didn't even offer a discounted or comp night.

Well it was just the sheets that had stains on them but overall decent 👌

I like that you could smoke in the room. It was infested with roaches and needs renovation.

Two hand towels Cops came and woke everybody up This place is a mess says my sister What a shame And, management said I quote what else can go wrong today so much as already So ??? Not a good place I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about I’m very very disappointed
