Great location, excellent service , amazing views 10/10 !!! The location and the views

Super close to beach , basic room and basic breakfast , but wonderfull mocation and the staff is nice and helpfull.

Photos are improved with AI but the hotel in reality is older and not nice

Perfect location, great value, beautiful balcony with partial ocean view, comfortable bed, very clean room, and lovely kind staff! I had a wonderful stay, but if I had to mention something I would say due to the central location you can hear loud music from the bars late into the night. It is to be expected and didn’t bother me much, but bring earplugs :)

Property is exactly how it looks on the photos. Good location, staff helps for parking. Breakfast is nice and enough. There wasn’t slippers in the room. It would be nice to have.

The location of the property was perfect! The place was relatively clean and room was a great size. This is my second time visiting Saranda and this booking was great! The staff was either super sweet or uninterested.

Location is just perfect. Overlooking the sea, close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Proximity to bus stops and about 750 metre walk to ferry to Corfu. No kettle for tea making.

Superb

The location was good, next to the square and it was easy to go to the walking boulevard. The view was nice. Breakfast was okay. The three shutters for the window are good, so you can also leave the windows open for the night because of the insect net, but it was bit too loud for it. The balcony was nice. The furniture has seen better days and could be renewed. There was a smell coming from the toilet, but luckily it went mostly away while having the window open. We had to go and ask the reception persion from the next door money exchange place. And without knowing, there would have been a 5% fee if you pay by card. So make sure you have cash that you don't need to pay an extra fee. Okay for couple of nights.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The room included all facilities, that we needed. The receptionist even help us with the parking. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is perfect! We loved it!

Poor

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small, and the toilets were not clean. The furniture felt unstable and unsafe, which is unacceptable for a family room. One of the biggest inconveniences was that the main hotel door closes at 21:00. While they provide a key for the back entrance, the elevator is also shut down at night. This was a major issue for us, as we were traveling with a baby stroller, and the stairs were unsafe. Breakfast was very basic, not what we expected, and to make matters worse, the staff was rude. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay. We would not recommend it.

Very good and clean hotel, infront of the beach. You can see the beach from the balcony. Loved my stay there and would recommend this hotel to stay. Humble guy on the reception Loved the everything about the hotel, the only draw back is of you looking for halal food in the neighbourhood you wont get it, which is sadening

Staff was so helpful and kind. Good breakfast and nice view.
