The room is clean, cute and has a nice sea view as well as an inner terrace. Bed is super comfortable as well. Staff is extremely attentive and polite, making sure you have all needed for perfect vacation. The food in the restaurant is super delicious, having different options-pizza, meat or seafood. Plus u have a discount). Well..and location-super close to bus station, sea and in downtown. Really great experience! Coming back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was just perfect. The hosts were friendly and always ready to help with anything, we felt very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious (we could choose between a sweet or a savoury), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing - just a short walk to the beach and city centre.

Great breakfast including sweet or savoury options. Great welcome to the hotel by the staff and even gave us extra pastries and pancakes at breakfast. Fantastic location walking distance to everywhere. The club right above the hotel plays music so loudly until 12 midnight. The bathroom is a wet room with shower above the toilet, but we knew this before booking so no problem, just letting others know. The room and bathroom wasn’t particularly clean compared to the many other places we’ve stayed in Albania. No fridge in the room and the wifi only worked downstairs at breakfast and not in the bed room.

Nice location, bus stop to Tirana 2 mins away, bus to Ksamil literally around the corner. Close to the beach. The room and bathroom are small but comfy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (sweet and savoury options). Drying rack on the balcony.

The staff were all so friendly and our room was ready for us even though we arrived a little early. The breakfast was great and we were disappointed we didn't get to have an evening meal here as the food looked really nice. The room was a good size for 2 people with 2 twin beds and the location was excellent for access to the seafront and close to the bus station. The bathroom was tiny and is a wet room which meant that it flooded whenever you had a shower and took a while to drain away meaning that the floor was left with a soapy residue and it wasn't cleaned over the 3 days/2 nights we were there. There is a club on the rooftop next to the rooms and so it was really loud although this didn't bother us as we were out late and had read about this in other reviews. If you want an early night though this is not the best place to get one.

Good location, balcony was really nice offering nice views and they were able to help with parking Bathroom was very small. Shower was just a shower head beside the toilet. Was very loud in the evening. If you're a light sleeper would not recommend. There was 2 places with loud music playing till about 1 am

Me and my friend went on vacation here and the staff was absolutely incredible with their hospitality. We booked the smallest room but they did everything they could to provide us with all we could wish for. They did more than that little extra and we were truly amazed. If you want to feel right at home and have a memorable stay, go here!!

Location, staff & safety. 14 minutes far from the Port of Saranda and 5 minutes far from Saranda beach by foot I had no housekeeper in my 2 nights stay and they should improve the cleaning standard

Location close to the promenade - nice. Very nice staff. Small toilet with shower together - not good idea. Roads nearby are being rebuilt. Difficult to park

Very well located and very nice e breakfast. Staff super friendly and helped us with buses timetables. It had lot of humidity inside and with a bit of mould. The toilet was small and not well looked after.
