They had in house laundry service. Breakfast was good Had to pay for parking. They didn’t have black out curtains so the lights from other hotels had our room lite up.

The Staff was very friendly. Bella the receptionist was very attentive helping us with everything as well as helping me do some laundry after being on the road for a week, which was very sweet. Parking was difficult, but the staff was attentive to help us park safe.

The location was perfect. It was just off the Promenade with many places to eat within walking distance. The hotel folks were extremely helpful with recommendations and things to do. They also went out of their way to assure my stay was enjoyable and saw to every comfort. This is a small thing but the water from shower leaked onto the bath floor.

the hotel and location is great The breakfast was cold every morning. we always came down to breakfast between 8.30 - 9.30, unfortunately they only do breakfast which was very disappointing specially as i paid for it. The rooftop bar was shut due to the season but i only got a message a couple of days ago to tell me the opening times of the bar, so when we areived and were told this, it really annoyed us. the weather qhilat we were there was 90% hot
