Amazing place 10 minutes away from city center. This place has amazing sunset and amazing customers service. Breakfast is great and plentiful which is a big plus. Would definitely return!

It was away from the loud parties around the harbour. There was nothing that really stood out to dislike.

Room was plain, bathroom smelled like sewer, they did not allow you to bring anything from the outside, staff was not that friendly. Hotel looked older than the photos.

We loved it so much, we stayed three nights longer. The whole staff, but especially Urim was really charming, helpful and funny. Sitting by the sea in the morning or evening was really peaceful and calming. Super nice place for a morning swim. Wifi Signal in our room was very poor. The breakfast was nice, but after 6 nights a bit monotone.

Really great rooms with nice view balconies. Amazing large comfy beds and good showers! Superfriendly family running the business, always ready to help and serve. The open air eating area for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink, with sea view, is wonderful and the small private beach next to it make the stay complete. Enjoyed this one very much!

Orchids Hotel in Sarandë was the perfect vacation escape! ❤️The hotel is right by the beach with stunning blue waters and peaceful surroundings. The hospitality was top-notch—everyone was so kind and welcoming. It truly felt like home. Albania in general left such a positive impression on us—the people are incredibly friendly and warm. Orchids Hotel has become our favorite place, and we’re already planning to visit again during peak summer! ?✨ There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.?

Very nice 3 star hotel. Clean room, towels and linens. Good, modern equipment in the room. Awesome sunset view directly from the balcony. I was here only one night, but I would love to spend more time. Good and filling breakfast, which I ate on the terrace 3 meters from the sea. Beautiful view. Not very relevant... But the outdoor air conditioner did not have a drainage tube, causing it to flood the balcony.

Our stay at the hotel is for April 2025. After a whole day of sightseeing, we entered the cold rooms, we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise in the form of no hot water in the taps. It was around 11 p.m. We reported the fault, the gentleman took care of it immediately, we were informed about changing rooms. One couple was given a room on the floor below, while in the middle of the night we were moved with all our luggage to a room that was in another building on the premises. After entering, an even bigger problem than in the previous room, we reported a heating failure, our messages were ignored, we had to ask for something to cover up because there was nothing. Finally, at 1 a.m. we stopped fighting with the facility. It should be emphasized that at 6 a.m. we had to get up for a return flight to our country, we did not receive anything as compensation, and when we were informed about the refund of at least half of the costs, the gentleman on duty did not react at all. At some point, they simply stopped reading our messages.

My stay at Hotel Orchids was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is peaceful but still close to everything I needed. I truly appreciated the warm, homely atmosphere and would definitely recommend Orchids to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’ll be happy to return in the future!

Perfect location, at the quieter end of the town but within easy walking distance. Right on the sea with the most stunning views and sunsets. The room was so spacious and the super king bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the cocktails were amazing and well priced! Would definitely stay again! The free sunbeds were also such a bonus! Only downside was the breakfast menu was a little limited in choice.

Amazing hotel, big spacious rooms, on the sea with private beach and free sun beds, the staff very polite, helpful and very friendly. I don’t think anything bad about this Hotel. Loved it and had amazing time there.

Lovely outside space, very comfortable sun beds, beautiful beach. Friendly bar staff. Beautiful views and sunsets. Quiet end of Sarandë. Rooms - comfortable beds, good air con. Free parking on site. Despite being advertised, there was no minibar, no cups in the room. A lone kettle but nothing to accompany it. 24 hour room service mentioned, but no phone in the room to access it and no menus.

Breakfast is useless , you have 2 options , we stayed 8 days , i ate 4 times , i went to another restaurant
