Thia ia a small, seems to be family run, unassuming hotel just steps from the waterfront. The owners and workers are extremely helpful, lovely people. The room wasn’t fancy—don’t expect luxury—but the view from our terrace over the waterfront was magnificent. Breakfast was quite plentiful and tasty. The bed was very comfortable. Price was extremely reasonable. A terrific Italian restaurant up a few steps on the street. Very close to bus stop to go to Butrint. Management needs to ensure that guests have access to sufficient hot water for showering in the morning. Other than that, no complaints

Top service, Foto and Veni were exceptional with us, very kind hearted people. The Hotel has a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. You are going to be comfortable here but also you are going to enjoy a million dollar view that makes this place worth it. We are a family of 4, my kids love the proximity to the beach as well. The photo is a view from the room at sunrise. Nothing, we enjoy everything, the host makes everything possible for you.

As a bonus, we enjoyed the roof cats show daily? I have only positive superlatives for this property!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Saranda. Very clean, and the rooms are simple but comfortable.

Everything was good

Great location. Right on the main boulevard where there are many restaurants, lounge bars and attractions. The staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall our stay felt like home away from home. The wifi connection was very poor at the hotel, which was inconvenient. This appears to be a common issue in Sarande, as many of the restaurants and beach bars that we went to also had weak internet.

Best value for the money in Saranda. The host is extremely generous, the hotel is very clean and in the best part of town. A good breakfast every morning is an additional bonus. If available get a balcony room overlooking the Ionian sea. There is no elevator, so the higher the room, more the steps to an absolutely magnificent view.

This hotel is in a great location, easy for the bus to/ from Saranda and lots of restaurants. Everything was very clean and a beautiful view from our window and balcony. The owners were lovely and helpful and made a great breakfast that was different every day. Thank you so much!
