Location, staff and facilities were great overall! I definitely recommend it!

It was clean. There was an amazing view. Also, owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant offers a tasty and rich menu. The access road was very rough. And the pool is very small.

Rooms are big, very clean, stylish with balcony and wonderful view. The family that runs the Hotel are very helpful and caring. They will help you with everything you need. Breakfast was nice

Staff was so helpful and the view was spectacular. I rented a mini suv at port of saranda once we arrived by ferry from corfu and had not problem finding the hotel. Great hiking or running up towards 40 saints monistery Wanted to stay longer

Great view, clean and comfortable My sea view room actually looked at a mountain but if I leaned over the balcony I could see the sea. A bit deceptive. Breakfast was plentiful but the things that should have been hot were only lukewarm.

View was amazing. The staff was great!

The view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, the room was very large and spacious with a fantastic little balcony overlooking the sea view. The bathroom was modern and there were enough towels. The pool and jacuzzi were not warm - the staff told us it was 27C but it wasn't even 20C. We were disappointed that we weren't able to use either since it was cool outside & the water was too cold. The dining (dinner) wasn't great although the prices were on the high side. The drive up to the property was on an uneven, unpaved road and it was difficult to reach the hotel.

Location is awesome - great view over Sarande. I also liked swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities - although it was October we still enjoyed using both of them. And breakfast is just excellent - I only wish I could more than 1 coffee:) Steep road that leads to the hotel. But once you make it up then you soak in excellence of this place:)

Do not follow the Google driving direction - drive through dirt, muddy, narrow, uneven, rocky road (it is not a road). Drive from main road the the hotel - if you are not comfortable driving a narrow, uneven, very steep sloped road, avoid this hotel even though the hotel itself is very nice. No hotel phone - need to go to the check-in desk for any needs. Eating dinner at the restaurant felt like eating a fast food place - breakfast is OK but not for a nice dinner.

We booked Sunset Shoreline Saranda at the last minute after an unexpected change of plans, and it turned out to be a great surprise. The property sits high on the hills with absolutely superb sea views, but be ready for some serious uphill driving and unpaved roads to get there. Once you arrive, it’s worth it. Our deluxe suite (queen bed and sofa bed) was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was stylish, and we appreciated small details like the in-room safe, touchscreen controls for AC and door access, and a cozy balcony. I’d recommend staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor since old pine trees partly block the sea view at the 1st floor. Breakfast was excellent, an open buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, sunny-side-up eggs, and omelets. I honestly don’t understand the complaints some reviewers had; everything was plentiful and tasty. Each guest also gets one hot drink from the coffee bar for free. The on-site restaurant serves good Italian dishes, and we even received an invoice without asking, which shows their professionalism. Parking is spacious and stress-free, far from the traffic of Saranda’s center. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room. Overall, a comfortable and scenic stay that exceeded our expectations. Perfect stay!

Breakfast is very simple. Restaurant is expensive and not the best one. The jacuzzi was mostly cold.

New facilities Staff super welcoming and went an extra mile to please us It’s located on the top of a hill with a dirt road, access is not the easiest

We stayed at this hotel for five days, the hotel is clean and the staff is nice, the breakfast was good and tasty. But there were a few problems, the hotel is very far from the beach ( people in the reviews wrote that its a steep way up but failed to mention that the road up is not good and the taxies asken for 30 euros from the port up or down- we rented a car so it was easier. The room for three is with a sofa bed but the sofa bed is so uncomfortable.

The views, the rooms, the pool are all great. Location is good for access to town. The road up to the hotel - as most other guests have mentioned is extremely rough and steep. Although the restaurant was open from 5 for dinner it was difficult to get served as staff seemed to be busy with other tasks. This happened to us on both days.

Staff was more than accommodating really helped us out. Restaurant and Bar were great. Location was just too far away from town for us. This is a great hotel for younger couples and folks who take a taxi driving is a little bit of a challenge.

Amazing views & Friendly staff! A little tricky to get to

Everything was great. Staff was amazing. Professional and very friendly. Location overlooking the Town is amazing ? great sunset. Thanks to BENNY JOHANA AND SERGIO ALONG WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF For providing Ann excellent experience. I will see you next summer hopefully.. The hotel ? is extremely clean and the pool is a great amenity. Gracias JOHNNY great family run Hotel striving to provide the best possible experience ? Nothing not to like.

Amazing , amazing, amazing. Staff were spectacular and special thanks to Diego and the front house team! The road up. I guess they will eventually work on it. Everything else, 7 star ???

Very clean, quiet, and nice view. I highly recommend Sunset Shoreline Saranda.
