Palma City Hotel

Everything, it was clean, great location, breakfast was nice, staff was the best and very helpful. I cannot think of anything i didn’t like

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the rooms are cleaned everyday and you are provided with fresh towels every day. The pool is clean and fun. One of the things that really bothered me was that the showers are either scorching hot or freezing cold. Theres no in between. So especially if you are sunburnt, showering can be very difficult while you either have to burn your skin more or wait to be able to wash yourself under freezing water. So showering took AGES. When i asked them if there could be anything that can be done, i was informed that this was due to the hotel using solar panels. And for breakfast there wasnt that much variety but thats not as bad compared to the shower issue.

The location was excellent. It was easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The view of the harbor was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

The location is great. It’s right outside of the ferry port and restaurants and cafes are everywhere near this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice. The water from the AC started leaking. The maintenance didn’t fix it so we had to put the towels to catch the water. Although the front staff was helpful about it the maintenance didn’t do anything while we were there wasn’t really good.

Great location next to ferry terminal. Great view of the Bay of Saranda. The staff at the front desk (Aurora and Alexa) were the best. Always polite, very helpful arranging transportation or giving suggestions for places to visit and choice of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and Roshe manages the breakfast with ease. Very kind and efficient. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommended. Everything was excellent.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. My stay at Palma City Hotel was nothing short of incredible, and I mean that in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone for the entire experience. Attentive, warm, and genuinely present, day or night, they were always there to listen and respond to any request with a smile. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made all the difference. Room 206: remember that number! A beautifully appointed room with a romantic balcony offering a sweeping, breathtaking view over the beach, the boulevard, and the sparkling bay of Sarandë. Waking up to that scenery every morning felt like a dream. The pool deserves its own mention, absolutely fantastic! The kind of place where you lose track of time and couldn't be happier about it. A special shoutout to the reception team and the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every single day. And to top it all off, both the cleaning and breakfast staff came to say goodbye as we were leaving, a small gesture that genuinely moved us. That's not service, that's heart. Palma City Hotel in Sarandë is not just a place to sleep, it's an experience you'll carry with you long after you've checked out. We will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10. Perfect location , Best place in town if visiting sarande , Great Facilities , Close to everything you want within 5 min walking. The room Bathroom was smaller than expected , The pool didn't have heater so only swam once as it was too cold

The shower stall didn't drain properly, causing water to run on the floor. This has been the case for a long time from the condition of the floor tiles in the bathroom. RM. 204.

We had an awesome stay here with the family! The room was clean and comfy, and everyone who worked here was super nice. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was way better than we expected. Great spot, super chill vibes — we’d totally come back!

Great location just outside the entrance to the port and at western end of the embankment. Very comfortable beds, air conditioner worked very well, lovely view of the bay from the balcony, excellent breakfast, very nice pool - also with view of the bay,. The bathroom was small but the biggest issue was the way the door opened into the bathroom making it difficult to step into the bathroom and close the door. This would be a major issue for someone with mobility issues. The toiletries were not replenished.

Those kind of rooms could also have a kettle, drinking water, few glasses. Additional toiletries were not added, also there were no safe, no slippers, that were listed while booking the room.

The location is superclose to the port, so that is very convenient. It is just a short walk to the beach walk. If you have a room towards the sea the view is magical. Pool area is nice. The woman in the reception is super friendly! Breakfast could have some more options.

this hotel exceed my expectations! super clean, comfortable, staff was nice, convenient if you’re taking the ferry to corfu. the pool was also great, would 1000% recommend breakfast was ok but not bad

We stayed at the executive suite with the jacuzzi. Wrap around balcony with great views. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Conveniently located next to port and many good restaurants. Nice pool, but closes at 7pm. Good breakfast. Very large space. We wish the executive suite had a small kitchen, but it does not.
