DREAM HOTEL SARANDA

The stuff is amazing, nice, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect to the port and the all attractions. Also close to the beach of ksamel , about 25 min’ in car. There’s no shore thats belong to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t good , the room doesn’t prevent the noise.

Everything was perfect, the owner and the staff were super helpful and friendly, I felt home. The jacuzzi was something else, absolutely LOVED IT. The location was really great.

Very nice and modern hotel. Very clean and quiet. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Individual hot tubs on your balcony are wonderful. Zero drink making skills at the bar. A recipe book with basic drinks would be of use.

Great staff, included breakfast was good. The small portion of the view that was in the room we rented was good. Having a jacuzzi on your deck was great for relaxing after a day. The price was sky high for albania, the lights on the deck would not turn off consistently. Water in shower was low flow and luke warm. Sorry when you stay at the most expensive, highest rated resort in beach town that carries expectations and in my case they weren't met.

I felt lucky and grateful to find this clean, modern, well appointed property, with a very caring and resourceful staff, some lovely views and a very large and welcoming common area that serves as a lobby, bar and breakfast room. It felt like home, and I’d like to return with my gamily for a week. Breakfast was “a dream”, with not only all the typical dishes visitors want, but also delicious local items like grilled vegetables, all the ingredients for “Greek” salad and baklava. The location is super. Although it’s a level 10 minute walk to the central boardwalk, there are good restaurants nearby and a beach 50 meters away with cleaner water than downtown. I had mechanical problems with a rental car, and the manager had a staff member lead me to a good local mechanic. It was also great to have plenty of free parking. Not applicable

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived there was a little misunderstanding about our room but the manager fixed this immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Also the breakfast (included) was very good and there was a lot to choose. We would recommend this hotel to everybody. Really nothing.

Rooms and breakfast were nice. We got a free update for 1 night of our stay. Free parking on site. Air conditioning didnt work for the entire trip, even though staff had said before hand that air conditioning should turn on. Very difficult to pay for the stay by card.

It’s new and very aesthetic and clean. Every angle is beautiful enough to take pictures. Honestly, there’s nothing not to love about the property. The car parking space is there and is free and is beautiful with proximity to the beach.

Exceptional

We originally booked a room without a sea view, but the receptionist offered us options to upgrade to a sea view at a very affordable rate. The staff was welcoming, the place was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We loved relaxing at the bar after a day of activities and enjoyed the evening happy hour, where we received a free shot with every drink! The breakfast was tasty, filling, and well-presented. It would have been nice to have lunch/ dinner at the hotel which they didn’t offer.
