The parking lot is confusing, some instructions beforehand would have helped.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with a very comfortable bed and lovely furnished room. The room is spacious and great shower. The receptionist didn’t seem to know much when asked her questions. Quite hopeless actually. The owner(I think) was very helpful when she was present.

The bed was very comfortable, once duvet given, Very clean and spacious room. Location was great. Needed to ask for a duvet, not very clear heating system. Difficulty communicating with the staff at times.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was very modern and clean. Big rooms. Excellent location. There were some tea bags in the room but no coffee.

The hotel was in the center of the city. The room was big and comfortable. The lady in the reception really kind. The fact that the balcony is a shared one with the next room, but it was a problem.

Situation, parking and rooms are all good. The staff were not welcoming and could not take a card payment. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was very very poor with very little choice and no hot drinks.

The hotel is extremely new, modern and quite luxurious. Exactly as pictures, it was much better than expected with its comfy bed and clean bathrooms. It’s very quiet even though based right by the main street. The location is great very in the city centre, 3min walking from the beach and nightlife, and about 30min by car from Ksamil and other famous beaches. Parking is free with designated space for guests only. The lady from reception as well as the staff from the breakfast were super lovely and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help. For breakfast you have to walk 2min to a close by restaurant, which did not bother us. The food options were great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we loved our stay. I have absolutely nothing bad to say!

Everything was great! Supper cleane room and hotel, friendly and communicative staff, great location 10 minutes walk to the beach and Katerina gave me some very helpful suggestions of beach to visit and l had silence abd relaxing stay
