A gorgeous property and the perfect location. Family that runs it are extremely sweet and accommodating. 10/10! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The location is topnotch as it is literally in front of the public beach. Clean apartment with air conditioning and a breath taking view from the balcony. There is a washing machine for only 5 Eur per use. Owners were very accomodating and helpful in setting up beach chairs, towels, etc. if you are planning to swim. They also own the bar there so everything that you need for a good beach day is there. This is not necessarily what I didn't like but moreso what others might be looking for in their next stay. There was no kitchen, and the bar they own downstairs doesn't serve lunch items. This was not a problem for me since there are so many restaurants to go to. It can get loud during the day from the neighboring bar's music but it definitely quiets down at night. Location might not be the closest to the center of Saranda, but can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.

Very nice host and very helpfull people, Very beautiful accomodation, stunning seview accomodation.

Sea views from balcony, room and bar were excellent. Near to a good grocery and restaurants with excellent sea views. Located on same driveway as Oceanic hotel on seaside so was quiet for the most part. Owners very friendly and offered me expresso for free sometimes which was delicious.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The sea is below the balcony with a beautiful view. Friendly hosts. Comfortable room in a small hotel above a beach bar. Noise from the bar was not a problem. It isn't open late. Convenient to Corfu ferry and Taverna Liberia Restaurant. Many other restaurants and stores nearby. Great value!

What a gem! Run by a great family, super friendly and helpful (although only the daughter spoke much English). Great location and nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves -- except maybe an evening salt water swim! Great location right on a public 'beach', great breakfast, great drinks. Accommodation basic but sufficient -- and at a great price especially for being right on the water.

Close your sea, clean, felt welcome and staff super accommodating! I’d have no problem returning for another stay! Zippo

Stay was amazing. Magnificent view from the balcony. Right at the beach. Extremely clean. It is far better than the photos provided. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a simple stay with great view and beach access.

Can’t say enough positive words about our stay here! Completely surpassed our expectations!! The location: about 8 minute walk up the same road as the port - making it very convenient. Supermarket right nearby. Great restaurant on the right side of the property. The room: we had a triple room (I believe they have just 3 apartments) - the view is INCREDIBLE. View of the mountains / Corfu in the distance, water and when you get onto the balcony - it’s just crystal clear water under you. So amazing. Bed was clean and comfortable. Spacious. The family that owns it are SO NICE. So welcoming and accommodating. They offered us coffee, wine, beer. Let us use the washing machine to do laundry. The little bar they have underneath with free loungers and umbrellas for the beach was amazing as well. If you’re debating - you must stay here. Everything perfect

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn't have been better – right next to a beautiful and peaceful beach, yet very close to the center. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered an amazing view from the balcony. We slept well to the soothing sound of the waves. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a truly special place and we rarely enjoyed an accommodation this much. The rooms are simple but clean and beds are comfy. The (rock) star is clearly the balcony with the great view and the direct access to the small beach below. The beach seemed to be the best location for swimming and sunbathing in Saranda town, but was still quite and relaxed. The beach bar below the rooms is run by the same owners who are super-friendly and attentive. Nothing better than having a good coffee there in the morning and enjoying the view. Tipp: The restaurant next door serves amazing seafood.

Very nice family owned apartments. The location is amazing ,directly at the seafront.The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sea view directly underneath and wonderful sunset views. Sunbeds are available for free on the flat rocks in front of the apartment. There is a nice sandy beach just around the corner as well but you pay for sunbeds there. Supermarket Spar only 1 minute walking from the accommodation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The owners are very friendly and great communication, they even brought me some very tasty cherries.
