German roaches, dirty floors, stained sheets the refrigerator in room smelled like a dead body was in it. Manager was a real creep. BEWARE THEY FONT REFUND DEPOSITS AND SWEAR THEY DID. THEY ALSO TURN A $223.00 STAY INTO ALMOST $1300 TACKED ON ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS TOTALING$420

Moldy dirty roaches foul odor

They checked us in as if we were there but in reality they lied so they could keep the money I paid and refused to refund us. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Try any other hotel in the area.

It is absolutely disgusting. I booked for two nights but only stayed for one—and that was only because it was 2 a.m. and I had no other options. There are cockroaches, the walls and ceilings are crumbling, and the sheets were stained and foul-smelling. Personally, I didn't sleep at all; I left at 7 a.m. to find somewhere else. Don't waste your money—the place is unsanitary. Run away from there; don't go.

I Did the pre-checking online, but this did not expedite the checking-in process day of, as I still had to show my credit card and answer questions which took about 15min. So basically, the pre-checking online was a waste of time. There were pre-existing, minor damages to the room which I had to relay to management, so I wouldn’t be charged for them (pics below). Also, noisy neighbors.

I got 2 rooms. room 225 sheet had spots of blood I have pictures, the chair was soiled and dirty when I sat on it, it cut my leg, staples were sticking out. toilet seat was very loose could not use it. bathroom had rust on floor and the toilet was loose rocky not connected to the floor. shower handle and head leaked on the floor all towels were used to dry floor.room #200 sheets were dirty sink was dirty rust on fridge and dresser was stain inside breakfast: no coffee the cream cheese was more like ricotta cheese expired. no juice, no waffles no hot water for tea. the rooms were a mess. when called the front desk staff did not speak english and when I went to complaint they said no one was there to fix or could give us another room. could not suggest where to eat or watch fire works they said google it.

No fan in bathroom, needs new microwave.

Clean but shabby. No ice bucket, no coffee, no extras. The fridge was unplugged to save energy and not plugged back in until we told the desk. The back of the bathroom door looked like a wild animal got trapped in there and tried to claw there way out. The microwave was dirty. The curtains were broken and stained. At least the bed was comfortable.
