If you want to be near the airport to grab a flight and don’t want to spend a lot just to sleep, this place is perfect. Five minute easy, safe walk to the terminal. Rooms are very clean but if your the types that gets grossed out over less than new mattresses (yes, I looked under the mattress cover for bed bugs-there weren’t any) than this place is not for you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The common areas were in need of TLC but it looks as if a major renovation is about to happen with boxes and workman everywhere. Breakfast is waffles or yogart- nothing fancy. This is the second time I’ve stayed. Great deal for the cost.

Had a great stay...bed sooo comfortable..this the second time l have uses this hotel....the only thing l would like to happen instead of bare floors would be carpeting...sometimes the floor did not feel like it had been swept or vacuumed..

No a/c or power from 5 min after checking in, until after 1pm the next day. Per FPL outage site, was a known problem since the beginning of the month. This should have been disclosed and that they are renovating. Still no partial refund as promised.

I checked in and since I had an emergency I checked out 5 minutes later after going up to the and of course they didn't want to give me a refund which is understood but I figured they give you something back. Also up on going in to the room it was not like the pictures the rooms are run down the bed is up on 2x4 that was sticking out on the bottom. Everything on the room furniture was all scratched up

Not much. Breakfast was decent. Staff were pleasant. Both the main and security doors were inoperable. The bathroom door was hung like a barn door and didn’t close. The bed was next to the AC unit stopping it from cooling the room and it leaked all over the floor. The shower also leaked.

The location was nice Upon arrival the front door was broken and required us to pry it open to enter, the lobby had a bad smell. Exiting the elevator the hallways was full of boxes with remodeling material and curtains which was unflattering. The room was clean besides stains on mattress.

The staff were lazy and disrespectful, except Dan. He was very kind.

It was nasty I stayed at your property for 4 days and 3 nights from the 6th of July to the 9th of July in room 222 it was no the most pleasant stay in the room next to mine was 223 and there was a baby crying all night the the last day I was there a couple was loud and has music playing since 2am in the morning tell 9am tell the morning and also there was bugs in the room the tub was nasty the sheets was nasty I asked for new sheets 2 days in a row and did not get them so I went out and got my own bedding the workers was there fixing things and they came into my room when I was out with my family.. also there was prostitution and drugs being used and sold out of your facility.. I would like to know what do I have to do to get a refund I did not make a big deal out of it why I was there because of me not having any other options on where to go.. so I'm asking that you can try and give me a refund.. thank you have a wonderful day Everything

Front door was broken upon arrival. I was on the third floor, there was dozens of storages boxes blocking the hallway and by the elevator. The remote in the room was broken.

Looks nothing like the pictures online. They have a bunch of trash taking up 30-40% of their parking lot. The main entrance sliding doors were broken, you have to pull them apart yourself. Theres a big sign in front desk saying “100% smoke free hotel smell the fresh air” once you check in the clerk also tells you anything we break will get charged to our card or if it smells like someone smoked in the toom. Which I completely understand and agree with. Now when i go up to the room it smelled horribly like cigarette, I go down to the front desk and inform them and I asked for a different room in which I was told “no we are completely booked” which i could understand but no “I apologize for the inconvenience” i didnt get no “we’ll refund you a 50% at least of your stay” NOTHING! We were dealt to deal with the sickening smell, my husband and I made the decision to stay only because we were still 3-4 hours from our house. The walls were all scratched up, the bathroom doors have gone through a war, the hallway carpets were stained and smelled. Definitely a disappointment and not worth the $200 I spent for a 1 night stay.

It was average for amenities. The toilet didn't flush well. When we reported it, the front desk spent possibly 60 seconds on it and left. He told us that maintenance had a long list of items and they would 'get around to it when they could'. The hallway was dirty. The room had knicks and scratches, the remote was falling apart. It was not worth $300 for the night.
