Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt.

The food and staff were very good, very attentive and helpful people, the problem is that the hotel began a renovation and I never saw that information when I booked, it was uncomfortable and we could not enjoy the hotel quietly as we thought, besides the smell of the kitchen invading my room every morning, smell of oil and it was not very pleasant. I would repeat the hotel, but I would make sure to call to confirm that they have already finished slash renovations.

There is a construction going on from June to August 2026. Front entrance, lobby, bar, breakfast area are all closed. Check in and limited breakfast are provided at the meeting room. It’s pretty small and has just a few tables - not enough for all guests, especially on weekends. Food is simply served in corridors creating huge lines and jams.

Breakfast was less than average

I had an excellent stay and would absolutely stay here again! Even though the hotel was under construction during my visit, it did not take away from the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. I really appreciated how hard the staff worked to ensure guests still had a pleasant experience despite the renovations. I look forward to coming back once the construction is complete!

They were beginning major renovations so breakfast area and front desk were moved. Flooring was being jackhammered out and noise levels were intense. Staff was most accommodating and courteous. Large pool area and courtyard was a pleasant area to relax. Breakfast had numerous options from which to choose. I’d return after renovations are complete.

The Breakfast was okay. We didn't use the pool, however it appeared that people that weren't stayiing there were using the pool which was kind of scary. Also it aeared that people that were not staying there were eating the breakfast. In one case we saw someone get the breakfast and brought it out to their car and ate it in the parking lot. If we would have known that the hotel was being renovated we probably wouldn't have stayed there. When we went to check in we were told the key system wasn't working so we we had to be walked up to our room and come back later to get our keys. Never had that happen at a Hyatt. Very disappointed overall.

The check in and check out process was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great! I really enjoyed my stay there. I even received an email from the manager welcoming me the day I traveled to stay there. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended, well located, the breakfast was very good and varies every day. The pool and jacuzzi clean and nice! The staff is very friendly and willing to help!

All the amenities they advertise were there and in good condition. Very nice pool and jacuzzi area which also includes a gym with exercise machines that are in good shape. You can also order drinks and food like sandwiches, burgers, fries and chicken wings downstairs by the front desk. It was a great stay.
