We werent there early enough or late enough to enjoy Breakfast or the pool. The shower was not great. The handle to control the water temp was broken in our room. I didnt bring it up to staff as we were there so late n left before 530am. The lady in the office at check in was sweet as could be at check in. She accommodated all our needs for morning coffee in our room

It was right next door to a Goodwill and clise to the Circus Museum but you guys stated breakfast included and when I got to the hotel they told me it was continental breakfast, secondly it is not in Lido Beach it is pretty far from Lido Beach. It should state close to the Airport. It was just continental breakfast when it stated breakfast included. You r giving wrong info to the general public.

the room was ok the bathroom was nasty and took20minutes to get hot water in shower the pool was dirty and the breakfast wasn't like the picture in the website. had I not needed a room i would have left. everything was just not was I would have expected. i feel for this places the prices should have been lower

The bed was beyond comfortable and the pillows were so soft. We loved it. No complaints

The charging lamps outlets did not work..the TV was not working when I got there..the room was damp smelling..the coffee maker in room did not work correctly..the air would not regulate correctly.. Fix the above
