Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota, FL

Hotel location super, close to doentoen and Lido Key Beach, St Armands. The amenities were top notch, full breakfast was amazing, Happy hour too good , drinks and snacks included. The Employees at The Bridges were the best, Manny (manager), the ladies during breakfast, Regina and the staff during lunch/dinner were excellent. My go to hotel in this area.

Very organized and clean!

The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff and restaurant food are excellent. However, the front desk staff often overlook explaining the full benefits to guests during their stay. Rooms were not prepared when guests arrived, and some staff members displayed an arrogant attitude.

Booked our room last minute and was very happy with what the hotel had to offer. We were able to enjoy complementary happy hour and breakfast the following day. Regina was working very hard at the create your own omelet station and they were delicious. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Also they allowed kids to run around thr tiny pool and spit down onto emergency workers below on the street. Bar service was terrible and breakfast was overrun by loud kids running around the dining room. Definitely not worth the money.

Hotel didn’t have the room I reserved. Ended up with one bed when I specifically reserved a 2 bed room. They offered absolutely no help . Not even an apology.

My bad for not doing due diligence and checking if facility was hosting special event. Will definitely do it next time. Also thought $40 per day self parking fee was excessive

Property was good. Been staying there for a couple of years in a row. Except this year the hotel was hosting 3 soccer teams according to staff. They got our room wrong but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast area was beyond full during our entire stay and elevators took forever to get to you once you called it. Other than that, it was great. Super clean and excellent hot water for shower. View was also great.

They had one elevator down and it could take upwards of 15 minutes to catch the others going up or down.

I lifed all the employees !!!everything was great except the elevator was very slow
