Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection

They immediately moved us to another room just down the hall, which was a huge improvement. The second room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were expecting. We really appreciated how accommodating and efficient the staff was in resolving the issue. While the first room was disappointing, the excellent customer service and prompt resolution made a positive difference in our overall stay.

The cigar smoke coming from the wedding was pretty terrible - hotel management should have stopped it. Other than that, the stay was good and facility was clean.

Great location great property

My expectations were high with this hotel, but the first room that we got had a very rare noise in the AC and inside the hotel there was a strong smell. The pool area is very small, nothing to do with what you see in the photos. There are definitely better hotels in the area

Downtown location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping

Room was very spacious, including the bathroom, amazing view from the room, whenever we ran into a problem staff was super nice and quick to fix anything. Room was super clean and even the rest of the building too. We ordered in dining breakfast, it was excellent!

Convenient in-town location from which it is easy to walk to many shops and restaurants, farmers market, and marina. Wonderful views from the roof-top bar and swimming pool. We enjoyed most of our stay. Unfortunately, our room had an unattractive view of rooftop units. I was also displeased with a hefty resort fee for services I wasn't interested in, and which constituted an additional surcharge of more than 10%.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional pool area and pool staff. Room was comfy with large shower and bathroom. Location is also very good. AC unit was a bit noisy but this was sorted as soon as reported.

Not worth it

Beautiful property. Staff was amazing from the front desk, the maintenance to the pool, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend foe ay time. Walking distance to all

We absolutely loved our stay at Art Ovation. My family and I needed a place to stay while relocating, we made the right choice at Art Ovation! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my dog Martian and newborn baby boy. We had a wonderful time and felt so welcomed by everyone. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and location was perfect! Thank you Art Ovation for going above and beyond for us :)
