Very Good

The staff and location of the hotel is great as well as the courtyard, pool and lobby bar area. The rooms seemed to be done by Ikea as the style is stark with not one comfortable place to sit and relax. The chair is hard plastic and there's a bench which is obviously just for show because it's also uncomfortable. The bed is okay but not for more than a couple nights. The bathroom tissue and toilet paper are the same quality uou would find in a gas station and certainly not Marriott standards. The valet parking is convenient and fast.

First off I can truly appreciate dogs stay free. The staff was welcoming and informative. The rooms were clean and the kitchen selection of food was tasty. We wil def return

Breakfast was not as expected. To have ala carte as a start of the day was not satisfactory.

Exceptional

Everything was fine, but they charged me twice on the same day. They refused to cancel the reservation, which the app had accepted by mistake on that very day. Unbelievable!

La propiedad esta limpia , no hacen houseskeeping hasta 2 dias solo te ofrecen toallas, La piscina solo abre hasta las 6Pm, falta de actividad completamente , el desayuno no es natural ,son panes con huevo que ya vienen congelado, pense que iva haber revoltillo natural , bacon, y otras selecciones, , pero la ubicacion muy buena cerca del Main Street, El paking no es Free, pero pasamos un fin de semana agradable, ya que nos sirvio de Hospeadje y salimos a la playa y a las acyividades de Main Street

The hotel was so clean. Rooftop pool and bar was amazing, the staff were wonderful and the location was perfect.

Valet parking was well worth the charges.

To make matters worse, the phone in the room did not work, so when I tried calling the front desk to request clean bedding, I had to use my personal cell phone instead. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were very poor, and the experience made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. I expected much better service and cleanliness from this hotel.

Very loud noise from HVAC or something outside the building.

Great location and comfortable hotel with our little pup.
