Very clean rooms. Very helpful accommdating staff. We asked for extra towels and comforter no problem. Didn't realize parking was $8/day. Convenient to beaches and stores. Not much variety with breakfast. Stayed here because lowest price in area.

Great hotel for an overnight stay after a late flight arrival. Room clean and comfortable with added benefit of a fridge and microwave. Staff helpful when sorting out the airport transfers, and a good choice of breakfast , all included in the price.

Nice Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Only minus is that it does not have laundry on site.

It was annoying that they charge you to park there now 8$ a night isn't much but it should of been mentioned we stayed before and it must be a new thing the staff is nice breakfast wasn't that great the room was okay it could of been cleaner probably won't be back again

This seems to be an older property. I found beds uncomfortable and some of the pillows should have been retired already. It was ok for our two night stay.

Clean room, Good breakfast and right next to Sarasota airport.

There were several people in the lobby with the same situation. The hotel was booked up and they had no idea who was in what room. Finally it was after 11 pm and we had still had no room. We called Expedia for a refund and left the hotel. We had a long drive that day and were there to visit my brother in the hospital. We were very disappointed and felt perhaps they needed a manager there to take care of the situation.

Nice lobby and general facilities. Good parking lot, good breakfast , good towels and quiet area. Issues with room's phone , our room wasn't clean after the 1st night and staff at the lobby not very professional, they need to be more friendly and to have better manners around clients.

The $8 day parking charge was a surprise I didn’t see or hear about till check in

The girls at the counter were immediately available and helpful. The room was clean and I especially loved that the beds were clean and smelled so fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice spread. A little something for everyone. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.
