The Springwater B&B

The staff was accommodating of my requests! They were pleasant and served us a fabulous breakfast! It was delicious and the choices were healthy and offered vegan and gluten free options. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. The location is close to SPAC, the Horse race track, casino and downtown. All within 2 miles.

Beautiful place, so close to the racetrack and the museum. A short walk to Main Street. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, very nice shower beautiful decor. Breakfast was delicious!

Beautifully restored home in a lovely area of Saratoga Springs. We were able to walk to the practice track and watch the horses run; a beautiful experience!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We first met the innkeeper, Matthew(3rd generation). Matthew was one and inviting, not in a fake way but a way that actually made you feel like you have just come home where you belonged. The room we stayed in was great! The bed was super comfortable and the towels were the softest we have experienced. Ever! Very convenient location walkable to every important location in the area. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Our last day we were eating our amazing breakfast and struck up a conversation with the Matriarch of the family, Lynn….93 years young. Every part of this place exudes home. Where ever you may come from you definitely feel at home. We will be back!!

Beautiful room! Compared to other B&B‘s staff was not overly warm and friendly. They were helpful in terms of suggestions in Town. Breakfast was just good but nothing special.

All the rooms are beautiful and spacious, as is the property of the main house. Breakfasts are made to order and the food is fantastic.

Charming setup, clean rooms with historic character, fantastic breakfast with a friendly and efficient staff. Parking is tricky, can be tough to get a spot near your room, and those with difficulty climbing stairs need to double check what room they are booked in. Wasn't a problem for us, but there was no warning... and if my mom had traveled with us, it would have been an issue. Not cheap.

It was such a neat old house. Within walking distance of Broadway and the track. The breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be going back.
