Hotel Cyrano

Air conditioning barely functioned

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. It was such a lovely hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and ample.

Stayed many weeks while awaiting new house purchase. Great experience. Staff was very attentive. Always clean. Underground parking was great plus. Breakfast never got old. Great breakfast selection with hot food and wonderful to order cappuccino. Easy to stroll to downtown restaurants and supermarket.

the breakfast was not too bad

Outdated rooms. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a wide variety of food. The staff was nice. Rooms are outdated (yet clean), but that was factored into the hotel's price, so it was a fair deal.

The staff were very pleasant, the lady in the breakfast room was very nice and made excellent cupochinos. The location was good, less than a10 minute walk to the station. I don't really think this is a 4 star hotel - I've stayed in 3 star hotels in Italy that were nicer. The room was large but very plain and sparsely furnished. The TV reception was really poor and the fridge, although working, didn't seem to keep things properly cold. Also the toilet seat was badly stained and a bit revolting.

I liked the room, the bed, the location I liked everything

We are returning guests at Hotel Cyrano, and once again we were very pleased with our stay. Despite arriving late at night due to our flight, we received a warm welcome and had no issues checking in—our rooms were ready, and the staff was expecting us. As a family of seven, we were all very satisfied with the overall experience. Personally, my favorite part was the morning coffee and breakfast, which were excellent and a perfect start to the day. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you again for another wonderful visit!

Perfect

I always enjoy staying at Hotel Cyrano. The staff are consistently very kind, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return again.

The hotel is very clean,breakfast provided quite good choice but above all the reception doing great job . Will recommend and sure return .

Service and facilityes

Very much liked the hotel, it was very clean, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and spacious room!

We were there for the night to break our journey on the way somewhere else. It was a comfortable clean room with parking. The reception was friendly and we got a good recommendation for dinner.

Everything was good!

The only downside was that the bathroom bin was broken, but apart from that everything else was excellent.

It was a nice hotel with good rooms and airco. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. It was good for passing through. We recommend restaurant La Perla a 5 minute walk away.
