The bed was very comfortable in the attic. The room was very clean. Decor was fab. Adam offered to take our bags up. Very good host. The parking was hard we had to park at the side roads. But a permit was given. The stairs to the hotel were steep but ok when you got use to it. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to Adam. The stairs to the hotel were steep. Noise of the seagulls. But it was ok.

Location was ideal - close to the beach but also close to town. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Lovely decor and very comfortable bed. Friendly hosts. Night-time can be a little noisy as on a main road through to the town, also seagulls can get a bit vocal too! Earplugs supplied and were very welcome.

Great location Extremely clean Great room Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable I would call it a guest house rather than a hotel Disappointing not to be able to get breakfast as there was a dining room Ear plugs provided as it was noisy Wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues due to steep steps leading up to property

Very clean, very comfortable bed, had everything what you need for your stay and central for amenities. Room spacious and staff we’re very pleasant, friendly and helpful The only downside about our stay was the wake up call from the seagulls at 6/7am. Even though earplugs were provided which helped slightly. Unsure if the windows are doubled glazed as feel this would help.

We had a lovely welcome from Adam and any requests we had were dealt with straight away. Our room had recently been re decorated and had a new suite in the shower room. The seagulls took a day to get used to. But to be expected as you are in Scarborough by the sea
