Our stay at The Boundary was absolutely wonderful. Kate and the entire staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — I genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, and Kate was especially thoughtful and attentive towards my children. She even recommended places for us to visit and activities for the kids, which made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend The Boundary to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Kate, and all the staff, for making our stay so memorable.

I stayed in single room 10, which is on the top floor (51 stairs). It was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in, BUT it was perfect. Just because it's small and single, don't think it might have been treated worse than any other room. It was spotless, everything worked, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there was even a tiny fridge with a bottle of water in, and the fresh milk that was given on arrival. Kate was wonderful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was as good as any you could get in any hotel. My room overlooked the Scarborough Cricket ground, with a perfect view of the play, and there was also a communal balcony that you could sit on and watch the play without bothering with a ticket. Nothing. Though to be picky, it could do with a hook in the bathroom to hang the bath towel on.

The landlady is an incredible lady, so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely spotless place, so comfy and inviting. I Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Breakfast was beautiful and all locally sorced ingredients. You can watch cricket from the balcony as the cricket field is behind the hotel. Brilliant location, you are a 5 to 10min walk from everything around. If youre staying it Scarborough then I would definitely recommend a stay here, I will definitely be making a return. Nothing! This place and the lovely landlady are definitely worth a visit.

We had a warm welcome from Kate. The room was very nice. Had a view of the cricket pitch. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend. Nothing.

Very good Breakfast includes Mushrooms and Black Pudding and large Tea pot! Good views of Scarborough Cricket ground Near north bay for events in open air theatre. Must not forget good host and a lovely Dog Mac ! Been an old building there was a lot of steps to the bedroom.

The breakfast was great with a good amount food. Staff and other guests very friendly. Very clean Bedrooms, Bar and Dining room. There was nothing not to like.
