Location was easy walking distance to facilities we wanted. The lift was slow and awkward to use.

Recently modernised, very helpful and polite staff. Good location for Open Air Theatre. Good parking arrangements. Our room was small. Would be difficult stay for more than 1 night.

The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning which was lovely and all of the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It would have been nice if the window could have opened a little more as was quite warm but the hotel did provide a fan.

Every area was very clean. The pillows were a little hard and the bathroom was snug. The lift was in an awkward position and also very snug.

My wife is gluten free and a vegetarian so there were not much option .The view from our room was great but as was the hotel is very dated. The price was scandalous because of the live music being on we paid £300 for one night!The bed was so in very uncomfortable the room very dated.

Location perfect for the Scarborough open air concert, great views and everything within 10 minute walk.

Location was good. Great views. Great shower. We paid extra for a seaview - sash windows were filthy and painted shut. One window did open about 4 inches then slowly slipped backed down. Very disappointing! Room was noisy. Breakfast was fair but crockery and cutlery was dirty had to sort through bowls to find a clean one. Parking is very limited and street parking is limited to 2 or 3 hours sessions meaning you have to move your car. Decor has been updated on the cheap and additional gloss over already peeling paint looked awful.

It had nice views but the windows were so dirty it was hard to see the view. There was blood on my bedding. The receptionist was loud and rude. The lift was always stuck somewhere. The bathroom was dirty and the cushions were stained. We were booked for 2 nights but left after one.
