Very well kept outside easy instructions to get your keys and parking permit and pay in the box.We were in room 5 lovely plenty of tea coffee milk also diffrent teas on the landing room was lovely and clean bed was comfy big bathroom points for charging phones it is in a great spot we went to open-air theater and it was only 5min walk near all amineties on north shore just over the road is a lovely cafe bela rose do go its worth it a great chip shop also talk bar and a restaurant on the corner all fab near to bus stops we walked on the sea front into Scarborough south lovely walk all in all we loved this hotel will definitely return and recommend The only thing was the shower you set it with the taps its fine then all of a sudden it gets hot very quickly and no bath plug so you can have a bath

This is the 2nd time, we have stayed at Park view, it’s location is near to the open theatre, which is always a bonus for us. The room was very clean, cosy and comfortable, can find no faults with it. Nothing

Easy check in, communication was good. Room pleasantly set out and decent sized bathroom. Perfect location for scarborough open aire theatre and peasholm park. Being picky now, mismatched bedding, keyboxes a little high up , only because Im short.

The location is adjacent to Peasome Park, 5 minutes walk to the beach and near transport to get into the center of Scarborough. Also nearby were a couple of bars, one of the best chip shops in Scarborough if not the best and a couple of pubs that served food. We walked the back roads into Scarborough and this took no more than 20 minutes to do so. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, with a beautifully made wooden bed and modern bathroom. All facilities were there such as a coffee maker, kettle, tea, sugar and coffee. Also available were a hairdryer. The room was supplied with plenty of fresh towels and the linen was of a lovely standard. Outside our room was fresh supplies of tea and coffee on a stand, for us to take should we run out in our stay there over the long weekend, which I felt was very thoughtful and trustworthy, as some would abuse the gesture. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of spending five nights at this delightful establishment. Our family of six found the apartment to be wonderfully spacious and the rooms exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to all amenities. It truly is a superb place to stay. The self-contained apartment provided us with the convenience of preparing our own meals. We were pleased to find a wonderful oven, though we did observe that it required a considerable amount of time to cook food. We would like to respectfully suggest the addition of an air fryer for the benefit of future guests. Beyond this, we have no further comments.

The location was excellent for the concert we were attending and the park, also a couple of bars and shops. Collecting the keys to get in was easy, everything was spotless and well matched, comfy bed, quiet area. Loved it would definitely stay again.

The property is very welcoming and cozy. Our room was well appointed and a relaxing space. Other guests were quiet and respectful. It was easy to park near the property and the parking coupons worked well. The location was excellent for the North Bay attractions and the castle. I am not a fan of artificial flowers, as a decoration, they were a little dusty.

The position and link with cafe Bella Rosa. The room was very pleasant and looked out over the park.

Great location ideal for access into main areas of Scarborough

Room only booked so can't comment on breakfast etc., but room comfortable, well equipped, shower room more than adequate and modern, location could not have been better for Open Air concert. On street parking permit appreciated and communication was spot on. nothing

Perfect location for open air theatre. Nice bars and cafe nearby. Absolutely spotless house, good facilities and furnished beautifully. Fabulous contact and instructions from the owners, parking a huge bonus. Rooms are a little small so nowhere to really put cases but we expected this in a house of its type. Feels very nitpicky to say that though, because it was a fabulous stay.

All of it was top quality 5 star. Cant fault anything. We had the Annex, value for money, all rooms and everything in the property was high quality. Ideal location for gigs at the Open Air Theatre or walking distance to most central attractions. Really really really good. Owners were great with communication. Also free off street parking if using the annex. Only downside really was the toilet flush got stuck and was running constantly.
