We are located on Scarborough's scenic and serene North Side, facing Peasholm Park. Our independent, family-run hotel is only a short walk from North Bay Beach and the Open Air Theater. The hotel has free limited on-site parking. Rooms include a flat-screen television, a complimentary tea and coffee tray, and free WiFi. All rooms are en-suite and provide a hairdryer and limited toiletries. The restaurant sources fresh, local foods and offers a diverse evening menu. It also provides Full English Breakfasts every morning. We have a comfortable lounge/bar that is open daily. Park Manor's recreational amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, and steam room. There is also a games room with pool tables and table tennis.

Room, facilities, surroundings, lovely salmon and prawn salad for dinner. Only had breakfast once. Really wasn't that great though. Meaty bits only just cooked enough. Hash brown and beans really over-done.

I was only staying one night with work and my small but lovely room was brilliant. It had eveything I needed. The single bed was so comfotable. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Kettle, hair drier, fan-all provided. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly.

The staff was friendly and it was in Scarborough where i needed be The single room was so small the bed almost touched the door, the wardrobe door won’t stay shut so constantly springs open. If you move the bin slightly to use it the bathroom door won’t open. if you sit on the toilet the slightest move and the seat will move and clunk off. couldn’t possibly open the blind to a flat roof or the directly viewing windows. The decor is extremely dated and as you walk the halls you can feel the uneven floor. Thankful it was one night

The facilities were great with things (such as food after Open Air concerts) really well thought out. Some of the building/decorating is a bit dated, but its still all really clean and tidy

Hotel ideal 10 mins walk to North Bay all staff so helpful make us all welcome. Room gud solo travel ✨️. Nothing.bad to say hotel very well run kept bar open till late food at breakfast spit on always give you jug coffee or tea .
