Location , good service and breakfast, which was lovely, staff were very friendly, Gillian was very welcoming. No room service, having to make your own bed, wash cups and put your bin outside the door to be emptied.

Really friendly host and Charlotte who helped at breakfast was adorable. Perfect for the open out theatre and easy to walk to South Bay and Spa. Parking at or on street not far from the property. Comfortable beds. Lively breakfast. Nothing to not like. It's a straightforward, clean, simple B&B, with better than average food and hosting. The breakfast coffee was too weak for us, but that is always going to be a matter of personal taste.

The lady who owns the property was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of tea, coffee, etc. was provided, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a good choice of breakfast items which were tasty. The location was fantastic for the Open Air Theatre. The bathroom was a little on the small side.
