Convenient location at a reasonable price and nice that we could walk to get dinner with other nearby shopping possibilities.

Nice, clean room for our quick visit to Schaumburg. Very close to great mall and many food choices. Would definitely stay again.

I was staying at the first floor. My window lock was not working so it can be opened easily from outside.

Breakfast was out of food and juice machine was not working. We also had tornado sirens go off during our stay and the hotel had no plan/idea of where guests need to go to find a place to shelter safely.

Conveinient. Nice Area. Shuttle bus to airport was a plus. Hallways smelled.

The room was clean and we had a place to sleep for the night. The shuttle service to/from the airport is not a free service. I filtered my search results specifically for shuttles. It isn't until you do a deep dive into the full list of amenities that you see the additional fee flag. And it's an expensive shuttle service. $30 one way, even if you have a reservation.

There appears to be no standard fee. The staff at the front desk arbitrarily set the price.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Great value for the area. Was annoyed there was an RV parked out back. Stabilizers down and generator running. Not sure why they allowed this or nobody walks the property.
