Exceptional

The room was very boring and nondescript. The bathroom was very small. I expected much more the amount we were charged. It reminded me of a lower tier hotel. I’ll not be returning.

Great stay

Modern, clean hotel with comfortable bed, a nice gym and large indoor pool. Staff was very nice. Will stay here again

It was nice to have a free breakfast, we always love that when we're traveling with our whole family for dance competitions and can save a bit of $. It was also nice to have the little store where we could get stuff that we forgot, or little things such as water so we didn't have to run to a gas station or Door Dash. The gym was also nice to have, and the fact that there was a sign in there stating that we could go to the local Lifetime Fitness and get in for free/a reduced rate day pass. -Location is great, convenient It was also nice having a common area in our room (2-bedroom). -1 bathroom for a 2 BR was rough -This is on me, but I didn't realize each room had 1 DOUBLE bed. There are 6 people in our family, so that was a bit challenging. My son slept on the floor, my husband slept on the couch (which was like sleeping on a wooden board-no foam), and the other 4 of us had to cozy up in the double beds. We all slept terribly the entire weekend. -The treadmills in the gym need calibrated. I am a regular gym-goer, and a speed i'd be sprinting at normally was a casual walking speed. I'd say each one is 2-3 mph off which is significant. -The property is shared with a Fairfield Suites (?), which makes it incredibly confusing upon check-in, because there is no dedicated front door for this hotel. We got there late at night and circled the building multiple times. Increased signage, as well as possibly a dedicated front desk for each side would be really helpful.

Very good

The location was very nice. Having a kitchen and a large refrigerator was great. They seemed to have a good breakfast spread, although we didn't eat there. I like bacon a lot better than sausage. I think the price was kind of high when comparing it to other nearby properties. For example, staying in Elk Grove Village the next night was much more reasonable.

Front desk employee (David) went out of his way to provide the perfect room for our group (7 girls and 2 adults) for 10 year old birthday. Room was perfect for us and the pool was awesome! Loved our stay

Our room was very clean . The beds were very firm. Parking was convient. Security in and out was better than most. Halls were also clean The lobby and staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall great value

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were great. Room was ok. Shower had very little pressure and didn't get hot. Pool was nice - heated but didn't seemed to be warm.

Staff was amazing and hotel was clean.

staff was very friendly. the room was a nice size with a well-appointed kitchen. the bathroom was small and the bathroom fan was extremely loud.
