I stayed 5 nights beginning July 28th. The gentleman who checked me in late evening was very friendly and courteous. I was given an accessible room though I didn’t request one but it was fine. The extra space was actually a plus. Didn’t need the room serviced during my stay but when I asked for additional towels at the front desk the third morning the desk clerk and the staff who delivered them to my room were less than friendly. However, I received them in a timely manner which was more important. I’ve stayed at this property several times as it is conveniently located to many good restaurants, shopping and entertainment while only 15 minutes to the convention center in Rosemont. Overall, always a clean comfortable choice and I consider this property every time I stay in the area.

This was a great location with really nice rooms. The blackout shades in the room were the best added touch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great about the property including staff, the only problem is the ppt holes that are located while driving into the property. They are NO JOKE and definitely needs to be fixed. Easley about 1 foot deep or close to that. Will damage many rims guaranteed. Everything else was outstanding

The room was clean and spacious, however, our toilet had some sort of plumbing issue and would constantly be making noise. Other debris makes its way into the toilet bowl as well, which was unpleasant. Other than that one issue, the room was fantastic.

I had an issue with the drain in the shower, but they couldn’t fix it so they switched us rooms very accommodating

The rooms were spacious. Everything was very clean. The hotel was in a great location, very close to restaurants and the mall.

All good except the breakfast could have been better. Orange juice was only out twice in 7 days. Bacon didn't look or taste like bacon.

Thanks to the staff for assisting travelers. The food and aroma inside the hotel were great.

The first few nights we had a wonderful person checking us in, she was blonde and was very helpful. Towards the last day Ram was unpleasant, my card was overcharged by $450 and I have called twice now to rectify the issue, I was again met with issues from Ram who told me he can’t assist me because he is doing an audit. This is unacceptable I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and never had any complaints until my recent stay this past 4th of July. To not only be overcharged but continue to be met by dismissive staff is truly unacceptable. Ram needs to be held accountable for his unprofessionalism but I will be filing a complaints with the hotel on his behalf to corporate.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. There was plenty of parking in a well-lit parking lot. Everything was wonderful.
