All was clean and comfortable

Everything was pretty nice. Except, we had to take cold showers the last 2 days of our stay. We were told “it might be because so many people were here.”! I don’t know about that, you’re a hotel!! Probably always busy in that area.

The first room I was given had plumbing issues with water all over the bathroom floor. But they did give me a different room. Unfortunately in the morning when I went to take a shower no hot water in the second room they had given me on the same floor as the first one. The front desk told me the whole building or at least my floor had no hot water. Other than all those issues the beds were comfy and I was able to get a good night rest.

Overall clean room, safe area, close to all areas we wanted to go to. One elevator wasn’t working during our stay so it was a bit annoying considering it was a busy weekend. I’d also recommend that replenishing all shampoo, conditioner and body soap before the next guest. Our conditioner was out.

Breakfast staff were extremely unpleasant and made me racially uncomfortable.

Looked exactly like the photograph. Clean, smelled fresh. Close to the shops amd restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. I was in the in the area on business. Nice location with great selection of dining options nearby and close proximity to Chicago O'Hare.

Great stay, nice gym, helpful staff.

Overall pretty clean. The pool was very small. did not feel comfortable using it. too close to other guests. my remote to the TV did not work. Called the front desk, I was put on hold. they never came back to the phone, Had to go down stairs to the front desk to get batteries replaced. There's a note on the water bottles that are in the room saying you get charged if you drink the 2 water bottles in the room, unless you are a "Gold Member". As much as I paid for the room, you do not get free breakfast. Also on a few different occasions someone tried to get into my room with their key card, turning the handle. There was a door between my room and the room next door. a couple different times someone tried to open it. Felt very unnerving.

Location was great! Also, I had the pleasure of meeting “Clark,” the unofficial Golden Retriever mascot of the hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff. It was a little too utilitarian for my taste.

Rate was above what we would normally select. Location won out over rate.

Maintained and clean

It was a little pain in the butt, because one of the elevators was down a lot of wait time to get to and from your room Parking was at a minimum

Our flight was canceled leaving us stranded in O’Hare. The Hilton was able to get us two rooms across the hall from one another at the very last minute. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable,the restaurant whipped up dinner and drinks. and everyone was helpful and welcoming. They made a really bad day into quite a nice evening.
