Best price in the area. Easy and easy out. Free parking. Right next to Woodfield Mall. This is a great property. All good

Carpet was absolutely filthy in the room. Holes and torn areas. Carpets haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in years by the looks of it. Smelled like pee upon entering. Refused to stay. Walked in and left immediately after seeing the room.

I would have preferred my room to be refreshed daily as opposed to every other day.

Breakfast was very good and the women that ran it were very good. Everything was nice and hot and moist. I would give them a 5 star..

Breakfast was good, except for the lady staff in breakfast hall she’s some kind of a racist, she only engage in white people. When I greet her she dont respond bcoz im Asian, and she doesn’t talk to black people and also the old man staff cleaner not greeting. But the staff in front desk are very helpful and nice. Gym is nice and also the pool Train the lady staff in breakfast hall to approach anyone regardless of what race or color.

Everything was great. Close to shops, restaurants, and 25 minute drive to downtown Chicago.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent as usual. The outside property was very clean and safe. The room was very clean although the carpeting needed a good cleaning. Over all an excellent hotel.

Recommend this hotel 100%, we stay here every time we travel thru O'Hare. Great staff, great location, and our favorite part the free breakfast every morning. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

Exceptional

No power on one side of the bed and a non working 4 socket receptacle on the other, not one device would plug in securely, all fell out. Had to go out of the hotel and get an extension cord and run it across the room for medical equipment that requires a simple bedside socket.

Everything as expected, very clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Facility, staff,rooms and breakfast were all top notch. Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. I found nothing to dislike.
