Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

Very centrally located from what we were there for We stayed two nights, but no one ever came and brought us clean towels for the second night or straighten up our room

Convenient to the mall and restaurants. The bathroom was outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom so the bathroom got steamy and we couldn’t use the mirror.

Great location very close to Woodfield mall and its attractions. Lots of places to eat

The staff were friendly upon arrival. Was given a little welcome bag that had waters and a snack. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. We walked around the hotel just to see what they had for future stays. My family and I didn’t stay long. We just need a place to relax a few hours and take a small nap before our early morning flight. Hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurants. I bought a few frozen pizzas from Giordano’s to take back home to CA and I asked the lady in front if I can have her put the pizzas in the freezer for me and she was nice to do so. Thankful for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Downsides: I thought the Expedia had shown there was breakfast- but they just had a bistro- the prices were crazy. It was cheaper to leave & go to Mcd’s to grab food. The fitness center was very small & the first day I walked in there a ceiling tile had fell on a treadmill due to water. Some ok things- the pool- it was a 3/4ft deep pool. It was perfect for my 4 yr old. But if there was a bunch on there- there would have been no room. Overall- not bad for our stay. It was on the cheaper end for pricing & it was very central for all the things we did. Def thing it was a 3/5 stay.
