I stayed for 4 nights and never was my room cleaned or linens changed. After the 2nd day of no clean towels..I asked what was going on and was informed they only change linens and clean the rooms every 2nd day but I stayed 4 nights and no clean room or sheets

Pool is cold! And a little small. Rooms a decently sized

The gas grill was filthy but we was able to clean it. My sister room had a weird smell the carpet can do for a deep clean throughout the hotel. The breakfast was okay wish that pancake machine was working. But besides that this is great hotel to bring a family and let the kids enjoy the pool.

Clean room, nice place with restaurants around walking distance.

The property was well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. The AC’s in the bedrooms were not working. After complaining a few times we were switched to another room. My overall stay was ok.

Around 11:30 p.m., I went to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room. The employee responded, “Yeah, I can understand,” indicating that he was already aware of the condition of the room I had been assigned. He told me the hotel was completely sold out and that someone could inspect the room the following morning. Unfortunately, that was not a reasonable solution, as I was only staying there because my flight had been canceled and I needed a clean, safe place to sleep for the night. The following morning, I spoke with the hotel manager, who acknowledged my concerns, apologized for my experience, and told me he would approve a refund but that it would need to be processed through Expedia. Given the unsanitary condition of the room, the health issue it caused, and the hotel’s acknowledgment that the room was unacceptable, I respectfully request a full refund. I am hopeful Expedia will review the circumstances and do the right thing by refunding this stay.

Toilet was make in noise like hell fill valve loud noise water was running non stop in toilet carpet very stinky in room and hallway.

Overall the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly until we asked for basic necessities like clean towels in the rooms and pool. Having adequate amounts of towels is part of doing business at a hotel. There were no towels in the pool area for two days in a row. When asked to bring towels, hotel staff would show up w 3 or 4 to give to a pool of 15 plus people. The rooms also did not have enough bath towels. Guests were lined up at the front desk to request towels throughout the day. I only saw the housekeeping staff the day of checkout. When I called the front desk, the phone just has a busy signal so I had to call from my cell phone. Majority of the staff were nice but I will likely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone until they learn how to operate a hotel.

The staff was friendly but apparently unable to improve conditions Breakfast was ok.

Very poor - the facility lacks standard maintenance and literally no shampoo was found in the shower dispenser. Seen manager and was handled 4 small bottles. I have stayed here on all my visits up to our headquarters for convenience and affordability. But the experience is only average.

Love this place, stay each year for Axpona.

They should pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and the common area especially the carpets. They were having highly visible stains and unpleasant look. Inside the room also, the carpets were not maintained properly as it was having dirty look and stains. They also could have managed the room space well in terms of arranging the bed, sofa bed and TV. The TV was placed in a position where it can't be viewed comfortably either from bed or from sofa bed.

Employees are was not kind. Bleakfast was not good they only one ice maker 4th floor especially some who makes omelet

Had to ask for towels. They did not want to give towels. Tried to not give me change for a soda purchased. Never again. Worst stay ever

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean but one had a stale smell(minor). The pools was clean and not heavily chlorinated. The service staff was professional and very helpful. Plenty of parking and the breakfast in the morning put the cherry on the top!!!
