Long line to check in. Our room wasn’t ready so they “pre-checked us in but then we had to stand in a longer line to get our keys. Surely there could be a better system. Our room was quiet and comfortable. But be aware that this is a major conference and convention center and there will likely be large groups staying there.

The property and lobby are very impressive. One negative pool is totally indoors.

An excellent 5 night stay for a tang soo do competition. Room was spacious, the hotel lobby area had loads of breakout spaces for people to chill and hang out. It was near local amenities with a complimentary shuttle bus. And the staff were excellent, both at reception and in the restaurant

There was no water to be found anywhere in the hotel. They did not over bottled water. I could not find any water fountain refill stations. The vending machines we empty of water bottles. It's a very nice hotel, but it's not worth it the over 400 dollars that I paid!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the fountains. No valet when we were there but there was free covered parking in the garage.
