Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago

The room was nice, towels were awesome, showerhead was great, front desk staff was welcoming, polite and professional. A few minor things...the conditioner seemed diluted and shower gel didn't make enough suds (shampoo was good). A little surprised the mattress doesn't absorb the trying to sleep tossing and turning movements ....although it was comfy. Would I stay again....of course. Many places to eat in the surrounding area and then there's the mall!

La propiedad está muy linda y bien acomodada, lo único que no me gustó fue la piscina bajo techo que está excesivamente fría , para los niños considero que está demasiado fría deberían poner un calentador , pero en general la propiedad está excelente

They charged us deposit and never pay us back. They charged us $5 for water their Food is terrible. Poor Customer Service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Stay there.

This hotel definitely needs TLC!!! The lobby and nearby restaurants are it's best asset. Otherwise the rooms are old, smell mildew, small as ever, gross carpet, bubbling walls in bathroom because of moisture...I will never stay again for sure !!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an overall very good experience.Just keep in mind that the hotel is in Schaumburg about 20-30 min drive from downtown Chicago, so a car is recommended. My only complain is the bathroom ventilation.For a Hyatt hotel, i don't think it's acceptable to have no proper ventilation, After a shower, the entire bathroom becomes extremely humid the mirror completely fogs up and everything gets wet. Other than that , it's a nice hotel and I had a very good experience.

Love the market they have, the sandwiches and salads are good. Thanks to Peter for securing my paintings I had left behind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I had this time needed some remodeling. The bathroom door is just odd, needs to be a sliding pocket door. Also, I wish you humans wouldn't dump your garbage everywhere in the parking lots. They definitely need to hire one person to pick up all the garbage in the parking lot on a regular basis. Make it known that you dont put up with filth from these degenerate humans. Overall, the place is nice and is close proximity to everything.

Was giving the wrong room and wasn't told that the room would be changed , booked for king and was given two beds

Exceptional

Location, Staff, amenities and service were top notch! Gym and swimming pool were convenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
