Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

Cons: The phone didn't work in the room, we requested a different blanket for the pull out couch because it felt very thin and itchy. We had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pot to utilize it. When we went for breakfast the toaster wasn't working. Staff did work to fix the issue right away but we had already finished eating when it was completed.

Staff very helpful and courteous. We asked to change our room because the one they offered us first felt damp and the hallway had a strange smell. They were able to get us another room

Clean room, prompt and thoughtful customer service. The rooms were comfortable,quiet, and the kitchenette was well stocked and clean despite the room.showing clear signs of wear and tear and need for upkeep.

Pretty spacious and they had a cute dog welcome setup. I didn’t bring my dog but he would have loved all the treats

A very good and clean hotel in a great location. The staff are always welcoming and helpful with any questions.Grady make check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast was delicious. I will be back.

Location was good but the hotel is need of some repairs and T.L.C. They were out of breakfast an hour into the designated time. The person working in that area wasn’t helpful in letting us know there would be a few more items brought out.

Very comfortable accommodations. They allow pets. Close to some good stores.
