It wasn’t a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff when we checked in was not helpful. Breakfast had very limited options and didn’t taste good at all

Easy check in, easy to find. Clean room and friendly staff!

The daily breakfast was good but don't be late. While they say it's until 9:30, they start clearing things out at 9AM.

I5 would have been nice for the pool to be open.

Had dirty towels all over hallway and right outside our room at check in. Stated we could get a refund if we reached out to Expedia and then denied said refund

Great location in fantastic black! The only issue that we had was with the AC unit and it just wasn’t pumping out cold air very well. Overall, great hotel!

Shower needed some updating but otherwise no issues. Workout room was good enough but needed more towels and stuff to clean machines. Would stay again no prob

All staff was excellent.

No room service, rude front desk. And it felt like it was haunted. Strangest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

But, Check in required $25 fee in case of essentials. (Note paid by card. Never purchased anything during my stay.) Then later $98.00 was charged to my account. I addressed the issue to the staff and she corrected the charge and stated my card was used for someone elses purchase on error. She reversed the charge. Which still isnt posted. Staff apologized but I stated this shouldnt happen to anyone. Thank you

Easy check in bathroom kinda small

A decent hotel with big rooms, a bar, and good breakfast

The sheets were literally flooded with mildew, I lifted my white sheet up towards the light and all I could see were patches and splots of what looked to be mold growing between the layers of the sheet. The sheet was too thin for it to be cushioning. I was pretty disgusted.

Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Clean spacious rooms

Traveled with family. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were nice. During our stay we had a noisy party across the hall which made it hard to sleep at night. Thankfully the people quieted down around 11pm. Breakfast was ok. They had more options than other hotels. The second night of our stay the fire alarm was pulled and we had to stand outside for a while in the middle of the night which was annoying. Other than that we enjoyed it.

I like the reception and how clean the place was
