This is not a hotel, it is extended stay. It's an old apartment building with musty "suites." The basketball court has no fencing, and the septic system was dug up, of which the cap was not recovered with the disturbed dirt. I checked in, went to our "suite," and immediately knew that we could not stay there. The smell of old musty carpet, old furnace (a/c was not working upon entrance), and having to immediately kill spiders upon entering was a big no. If you or your family has asthma, stay away. I checked out soon after knowing I would not receive a refund.

The rooms are clean but outdated. Some pet hair on the couch.

Loved that they have the 2 bed/2 bath option as there are only a few hotels that do. There are no elevators, so if you have mobility issues I would request first floor. I didn’t read this ahead of time, but luckily our room was only on the second floor. We had a lot of luggage so it was still a little rough, but I can’t imagine if we’d been on the 3rd or 4th floor. My only complaint would be that every night we were there (5 total) there was a group of people outside in the common area by the pool until around 3am. A couple of the nights they were quite loud.

The hotel was a little dated with some wearing on the bed's headboard and carpet, but the kitchen and bathroom were very clean, with everything we needed. It was nice having s full size refrigerator in the suite! I liked the fact that guests are able to bring their pets. (We saw many on the property while we were there.) The outdoor pool was very nice and had a great patio area to relax.

The many tall trees make this hotel feel secluded and so pretty. We stayed for 20 days due to a vacation rental issue. We occupied 2 rooms, both King Suites. There are NO elevators. Some buildings are 3 floors. We got our exercise! Having a full kitchen was helpful although pans for oven use were not supplied. Maintenance came right away when we requested service for a small issue. Both dishwashers were inoperable. Didn’t need them anyway. Cleaning was offered only once weekly. To replenish supplies, must see front desk. Laundry facility was good. Lobby is very nice and large. Has several rooms available to just hang out. It’s a welcoming area to watch tv, socialize, have breakfast. The outside pool is a definite plus. Plenty of lounges, chairs, umbrellas. Nice pergola with tables in the grilling area. I would stay again but this choice would be easier if cleaning was offered regularly and advertised appliances worked. Staff is very nice as well as the manager Paulo.

Was delayed out of ORD and this was one of the only hotels available to book at 11pm for that night. Worked out great because of the number in our party.

The staff was amazing. We were told by the GM that they just acquired the property & they're getting things together, but all in all everything was great. My only issue was they ran out of breakfast food too early. If it ended at 10am, at least have food until 9:45. It was 9:30 and they said they weren't making anymore eggs or sausages & didn't restock juice either.

The breakfast was great - lots of options. The size of the rooms worked well and they had most of what we needed to cook food in the kitchen. The hot water didn't work in our shower and the stove wouldn't turn on in one of our rooms. We were glad to have a 2nd room, but would have requested to move if we hadn't had it. The pool had some gross stuff in it.

Desk staff was unhelpful and rude. One desk staff was nice but was only there for a short time Thursday . They don't understand ADA . They refused basic ADA accommodations like late checkout . They have no elavators and parking is a bit away . We have a lot to bring die to disabilities and we were always rushed. We never had time to use any amenities. Also had difficulty extending stay even when they had availability and knew I was waiting to hear which ruined our stay wasting much time. The room was roomy but the carpets very stained . Tub needs replacement . Doors are dirty and worn inside . Room was okay not worth the difficult staff and stairs and stress.

We enjoyed the breakfast and having the outdoor basketball court. We were in town for the week for a basketball camp so the proximity to everything was excellent.
