Room size

Breakfast was great . Really nice and lot of variety. Clean ;) and tasty ;) Location is great. Close to beach and for nice walks :) We didn't expect the room to be so small, its economy room but yeah on the other hand. It was small ut comfy. It would be god to have more option for tv channels or Netflix at least . If you wanna relax after a day of walking it would be nice sth else to watch, :)

It was near to the sea and the room was clean Out airconditioning did not work at all and i did let them know and asked for help 3 or 4 times because i stayed there for only 2 day’s and the didn’t help me at all they just keep on telling me that they gone send somebody to out room and they didn’t it was really hot you can’t sleep without airconditioning and the only thing we wanted to to do at the hotel is sleeping and this was also bad

Only downside was the noice of the water running through the ceiling. I was happy I brought my earplugs.

Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Very expensive parking as none was available at hotel. Paid €45 to park overnight 10min walk away.

The inside of the hotel and our room was lovely - Very modern design/decor very clean and smelt really nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - Provided some hot water for us so that we could make a drink in our room. The exterior looked very run down and in need of attention. Unable to park in the hotel car park even though it looked like there were spaces. So had to park in a multi-storey car park around the corner. The cost was a little more expensive than the other three places we had stayed during our trip and we had to pay nearly €40 extra for breakfast - Which I felt was expensive and was not good value for money for the selection available. Room did not have a kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities.

Good location Lack of care and detail. No spare hairdryer when the one in the room breaks down, recepcionista slow and not very knowledgeable, barman friendly but ups and leaves non stop so we had to wait almost half an hour to pay for our drinks, no milk cups for the coffee in the room etc...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, e.g. giving me some plates without asking, when they noticed we were going to eat some cakes at our room. Rooms are very quiet and it is only a short walk to the Scheveningen Boulevard. Room and bathroom very clean. Room was not that spacious. And when we arrived, the parking was full. We were recommended to park at the parking building on the other side of the street, which is a lot more expensive. We had to pay 37.50 Euros, where we parked at about 6pm and picked up the car about 8am the next morning.

We went as a couple and thought we would get a double bed. But when I fell between the beds I realized that they had joined 2 single beds and it was really awful. And the air conditioning systems were from before Christ. A cold room !

Great location, nice room. In the first room, which they gave to us there was a construction site. The second room was better and really spacious, but the construction site was right above and so it got pretty noisy.

The Wifi did not work properly in my room, but the staff could only say that they cannot do anything about it.
