I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.

This is a great hidden gem in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend, vacation or stop over stay.

Small kid / baby in room next to mine cried a lot . Noise was annoying! Had to turn the tv up loud to hear. Plus Netflix went out one evening
-
Room is clean and neat. Refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop are all clean. It will be better if slippers are provided.

Good stay, clean, at least 12 kids in hot tub unoccupied (11 and under), good food.

My husband & I came on a couples trip. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, nice and friendly staff - very efficient. Only down is that there is no spa, but maybe that's a future goal 😁 I would recommend this property to everyone 💝

Villa was awesome for a long weekend. Pool area was nice, all staff was very friendly, and the property communicated very well. In until washer dryer was great too. Going home with clean clothes is a huge bonus. Would definitely come stay again.

$30 a day to park. Crazy. Overall a nice visit!

Kenney, at the pool was so good to both of my children whom jumped in on the morning aquasize. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, and the list of daily activities at the pool reminded me why I’d prefer to stay here over an all-inclusive Mexican resort any day. There was so much to do, and so many prizes for the kids as well. Great menu options at the pool was a selling point. All requests handled via text access given upon checkin. I certainly plan to be back. Thanks SDO!

What you actually get is a smaller room, with a “balcony” which is actually a small porch with a view of the parking lot, an excessive per day parking fee and over crowded pools that are not really usable. The main pool is on the smaller size given the facility and was packed with kids and families all week. All seats / lounges taken before breakfast. The adults only pool was also packed, with all spots taken every day. Also, there is a single small burger cafe, that closes at 6:00pm on property, so no real food options or a bar for a drink, nothing you would tend to expect in terms of refreshment options. For the price (over several hundred per day), you get an ok hotel experience with no real fringe benefits. There is nothing here to justify a “resort” cost.
