Everything was excellent. From checking in to checking out. Everyone was helpful and so kind. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was walkable. Cute little town with beach vibes.

It was clean and quiet and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and Main Street shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of choices.

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was very good, was convenient to Main Street restaurants and shops and about 5 min walk to beach. Free sand chairs and beach toys to use. I would stay there again. Loved the town as well for its chill vibe and old fashioned beach town without the buildup or crowds.

If I can I would give 10 stars for this property. It's super clean close to the beach and restorans, shopping location is perfect, the breakfast was really good so fresh and so many different options definitely will stay in again.!!!

We stayed at The Pacific Inn for 7 days for a wedding and family visits in Long Beach. It was a perfect location. Everything is close by, from restaurants, to grocery store, to ocean and pier walks, to florist and excellent bakery. We used the laundry, which was very convenient and although we didn’t use the pool, both kids and adults were enjoying it with plenty of lounge chairs for reading or sun bathing. This will be our go-to stay when needing to come to Long Beach.

I like how safe it felt. It was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Staff and breakfast were great. It was amazing. I would say cleanliness was about 8 out of 10. The whole room was very clean in general. So was the restroom. One of the headboards did have some “interest” handprints lol. There was also a sock under the bed that wasn’t ours. But hey that happens .

Fresh snacks, fresh coffee are needed, receiving should be much better at the reception with explanations-you need to put the information about the area-to eat, breakfast other information

Despite its excellent location, this hotel did not live up to its 9+ rating. We were surprised to find highly inadequate guest parking, which forced us to utilize street parking. Given the high score on the platform, we expected a much higher standard of quality and service.
