Poor workmanship on construction in outside sitting area.

We stayed here pre - cruise. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate dinner at on site restaurant, food was good, bartender friendly and answered questions about area. The staff set us up with shuttle to the pier and made our trip stress free. Great place!

Front desk needs to make sure they send you to they right room . Not make you move when you have unloaded your suite cases

Very clean hotel. We were able to walk to Pikes Place and the Soave Needle.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was unique, the bartender was an excellent person, very friendly and knew how to make the drinks, very kind. One thing that I didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower door didn’t have a handle in the inside and it was very difficult to open the door. The elevator is old. The commercial says that it is a swimming pool but I never saw it. Beside that it is a great hotel.

Not bad at all but wow $22 per person for a breakfast of the kind that in a lot of hotels comes complementary.

Beautiful hotel. Easy access to everything. Only 2 blocks from the space needle. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. Shower was piping hot with a great shower head.

Elevators were broken so we had to haul luggage really far and walk really far to and from our room. Location is good for visiting the Space Needle and Pop museum. Not exactly ideal for stay if you are leaving on a cruise.

Be aware. This place is expensive. Parking is $37 a night. There is no free breakfast. It is $22 per person for the same breakfast you get free everywhere else. We paid 638 bucks for a tiny cramped room. Mind you it was FIFa in town but this was gouging. Very few food choices nearby. I would not recommend this place.

Hotel was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the space needle complex. Easily walkable to a few restaurants.
