Excellent! 5 stars. Great location, great value and friendly/professional staff.
-
Great location for the cruise lines. Super-friendly staff. Dining and sightseeing very close. Definitely recommend.
-
I found the hotel older and it was priced the same as another property nearby with more amenities in the room.
-
The establishment is really good but location is not too great. But it’s ok. The room, cleanliness and premium coffee in the room makes up for it.
-
Property was fantastic and well located. Only caveat that did not give it a 5star was the drug users on the immediate surrounding area- but this is almost a Seattle downtown problem not a hotel problem
-
The hotel itself was wonderful. The location is great in terms of proximity to Pike Place Market and downtown. However, it’s located in an area of heavy open drug use on the streets.

The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great area Great staff

The rooms were old. Other than that they were adequate. The staff was super friendly and helped answer all our questions. Would stay there again.

We traveled for a World Cup game and the front desk staff was great! They helped letting us know about the area and were very kind, and even helped scheduled transportation to the airport for us. I also thought the hotel was located in a good central part of the city, but still not in a loud crowded area. ~15 min walk to the water/market and ~30 from the stadium. The rooms were nice, bathroom was clean, and AC worked. There was also a little kitchen set up in the room, which I didn’t have to use, but it seemed to be convenient.

Location was great and able to walk almost everywhere

Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

The shower was in the bathtub which is a caution situation for a Senior. There was no restaurant in the hotel. There was a breakfast place next door and we ate there the first morning. All biscuits and country gravy. We would not eat there again. Other restaurants are within a couple of blocks. One, Queen Cafe, was very good. The hotel is in a homeless area. They have security around but you do have to walk through them to get anywhere and we did observe one unsettling situation when a man walked up behind two women and screamed. It scared them and us. He walked away. We would not stay here again.
-
Rooms were smaller than expected but very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very centrally located and we were able to walk to all attractions.
-
The room AC fan was overly noisy.
-
We stayed at the inn for two days/nights before we caught our cruise. The room is fine. The property is fine and there was a great little restaurant right outside the front door.
