Hotel was in a perfect location for my cruise

We were only there one night but the staff was amazingly helpful in getting us transportation from the airport, as well as setting up a shuttle to Pier 91 for our cruise the next morning! They also didn't bat an eye when we literally arrived, dropped off our luggage and ran out to get to our tour at the Space Needle, which was a quick walk away!! The room was small but VERY well appointed! We wanted for nothing! Highly recommend if you're in Seattle for a cruise

The hotel and staff were amazing. A clean, well kept boutique hotel. The area, not so much. Scary. Straight dangerous. Just feet front the hotel in each directions were homeless, drug addicts, dealers, and those afflicted, contorted and flailing about from whatever they had just injected or smoked, and least we forget, the awful smell.

The property is clean, we had everything we needed in our room, and the staff was super helpful. They also offered shuttle service to the pier for very reasonable price.

No complaints really. The parking was a bit sketch. And the single elevator was really annoying. But we will be back.

Stayed 2 nights for a concert I came to see at Climate Pledge Arena. Very nice and clean place, and super helpful staff. Arrived on an early flight and was allowed to check in early. Next time I'mback for another concert I'll try and book here!

I got a good rest after a tiresome day. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Really appreciated the staff and the location in Seattle. Also was glad they had cold water available in the lobby. The weather was hot and it was great grabbing a glass of cold water before we went on our outing to the space needle and the market.

Just was not what I expected. No food service. Was close to port but many better hotels near by

Clean and close to everything

the area is not great. many homeless people stay in the park across the street at night. location was convenient for visiting public market and restaurants were close by. this was a 1-2 night stopover before a longer trip. cost was reasonable and staff were extremely helpful. Shuttle was reasonable cost to travel to the pier for our cruise.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Highly recommend.

The property was close to everything that we wanted to do! We were able to walk to the space needle and to pikes Fish market. Next-door was a great little biscuit place for breakfast.

Rooms were small but clean.

It was easy to walk to many Seattle attractions/ cute clean and nice staff. It’s a botique hotel, and I appreciated the details-
