The only bad part of my stay is that I asked for an extra comforter and was told they don’t offer extra blankets. The staff were nice and professional and the room was clean.

No breakfast was a bummer but the free coffee was good. The $250 deposit is still not off of our account even though the front desk employee at your hotel upon check-in said it would drop off when we checked out. This charge was a total surprise to us and not explained well at all on the booking site. The room (and hallways on our floor) smelled terrible and I reported this to the staff upon checkout because I think it was originating from the sink drain. The person at the front desk upon checkout said that she would tell Maintenance. The shower hose is old and needs cleaned or updated because the pressure was very low and it took forever to get hot water flowing from it. The front desk person at check in brought up a Febreze spray to spray our room because the smell was so bad.

It was great location to everything we wanted to explore in our few days there. Our room was very spacious. I wish there was a cot option. Or adding a couch to the room would have been helpful.

The hotel room was very clean and well-organized. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay somewhere that is close to NYC but not noisy, it is a good place.

We were denied extra towels for the room. The photos online make the hotel look a lot nicer than what it is. Would not stay here again it is overpriced fore the quality of hotel.
