The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rate was not bad for a night. The room was for 3 guests and one set of shampoo conditioner was supplied, the floors were sticky and tops of the furniture upon entry. When asking for more supplies at front desk was advised none were available. Overall good for the night due to my need but would only stay here in a bind again.

Please do not book this hotel. It's right off the freeway. The area in general is sketchy. The hotel does not have cleaning staff even though the property is massive. The mattress had signs of bed bugs. The furniture is old and tattered, it was one of the worst experiences I've had booking a hotel. I didn't even spend the night or bring any of my luggage in because of the fear of bed bugs. The know the property has issues and an infestation and does not address it. The front desk person was pleasant and tried to offer me a different room but I couldn't even trust that. I left not too long after checking in and they wouldn't give me a refund!

Clean room , air conditioning unit is good shop near by staff was able to get me in fast

Everyday cleaning, easy to check-in and checkout. Comfortable bed.

The room was absolutely disgusting, as soon as we arrived there was dirt from outside in the room. Before i was even able to put my things down i see a bedbug crawling all over the bed, as well as a roach crawling into the microwave. The walls were filthy. We paid for a smoking room and due to all those inconveniences, they were only able to move us into a nonsmoking room. Their excuse was that the room was in a different building that did not get exterminated.

The room was clean and had everything needed. The Booking page for the hotel promised breakfast, but there was no breakfast. While functional, the room was old and needed mainenance.
