Absolutely horrible experience. The beds were extremely hard and way too small, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The shower was ridiculously small—a person who is 6 feet tall can barely fit inside. On top of that, the floor was dirty and disgusting. The entire room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The conditions were so bad that I had no choice but to leave the hotel. I am still waiting for my refund, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

First of all the property is not in a nice area at all the only plus is the parking is underneath the hotel so it’s sort of covered. Although the room was OK the bathroom was kind of gross old. Definitely need some updating. The staff was not that friendly there was a storm and we had an issue with a leak in our ceiling. I didn’t want to change rooms because after reading the reviews, I decided that we may get a room that’s worse so they did not even offer a discount or to change the room. We just put a trashcan to catch the water. The only reason why I chose to stay here is because it was convenient for where we needed to go, and the parking was free and it was covered. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the property really needs some maintenance.

The room smell was literally bad and I would say worse. Mattress were not comfortable. Air conditioning was not working well. Not sure how the property manager or the owners have not inspected these issues earlier

Room was not cleaned, Bedsheets were looking like it was used, Flies were inside the room, Overall for the price it was not good. Staffs were good but we saw a customer was also fighting as her room was also not clean. I wish I would have booked somewhere else.

The front dest person was rude and disrespectful. Parking was good. The room had a bad smell to it. It took a long time to cool down. The tub and shower looked half clean. I went and got cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.

Breakfast is served in a bag and is practically empty; the coffee is awful. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom smelled of urine, and the tub and shower curtain smelled even worse. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well; that was the only good thing. It also has good parking and is well located.

All my room was smelling that terrible smell my sheets my pillows. Little that we know its not an hotel its a Motel. Avoid this place we spent 600$ for this hotel and theres no refund policy how im supposed to know hows the building, im coming from a long trip from montreal to get sum rest at this hotel/ Motel you name it and disgusting. We checked in not even 15-20 minutes in the room i booked with another hotel and left the guy gave us attitude about its nor refundable unfortunately we knew but we couldn’t stay we left even though we only sat on the bed our clothes was smelling weed. I dont know how but days inn has to be ashamed to be named on this hotel. NEVER AGAIN . Please dont do my mistake please read the reviews and ITS TRUE i forgot to read the reviews.
