Terrible. Do NOT stay here. Ick. Yes it’s an older property. I’m not high class by any means so I’m fine with older but this was DISGUSTING. After given the room key, went up and immediately saw stains on the bedspread. Peeled that back and it only got worse. Ok. So went downstairs and let the lady know. She rolled her eyes and gave another key to another room. Once again, it was clearly obvious that these were very dirty sheets. Again she says that we have to look at another room before talking to the manager about a refund. Guess what? Room 3 was dirty too. Got pics of it all. Stains on sheets that likely included blood and urine and other stuff. She then tells me that the manager is gone and that she’s gotta show me another room. At this point I passed. Not looking at 4 rooms. I called the next day for a refund (and to speak with the manager) and after telling him my issues, he proceeded to call me a few selected names, then hung up on me. Super professional. I did have to contact Expedia and sent them all the photos that were taken. They ended up refunding me because the property continued to refuse to.

Room smelled like Stinky Feet, and cigarettes (asked about if the room was smoke free )said was but couldn’t control the smell of smoke. At 5 am I went to the bathroom found a roach in the tub. And the worst part our car was vandalized in the parking garage with a can of paint left out from their construction job. The staff was useless when bringing something up that is wrong they suddenly dont understand English and know nothing… they couldn’t help with any issues.

The place was dirty. The location was not safe. Rodents in the parking lot.

That staff was all super nice. The halls, lobby and stairways were clean. Rooms not so much. Towels had hair on them from other use (not my own). Found a few Easter eggs in 1 of the cubby areas in our room. Could have done a better sweeping/mopping job in the rooms for sure. No elevator and still offer Covid breakfast. Had 6 guests total got 3 bags of breakfast. You have to ask for it even though there is a counter for breakfast.

I did not use most amenities, so I can only speak to a few. The free onsite parking was a plus, but VERY limited. They did have a water cooler in the lobby with fresh filtered cold (and hot) water which was great. However, they did not have the continental breakfast, coffee, or juice available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was about a 15 minute drive to a parking garage giving us direct access into the city on the path train (20-30 minute ride), so location was convenient.

No shuttle no breakfast staff rude and overcharged for my stay!

Nothing Everything …. The staff was worst to the limits, however the morning guy was little consolation and he was nice. The couple during the day time was awful in talks over the phone and in physical as well. Taunting and quite unwelcoming. It was all mess. The next morning breakfast was given in a small bag with few energy bars in it along with hot water in the name of coffee. Attaching the pics

man up front had a little attitude, room was semi clean, cigarette hole on blanket, bathtub holder thing was broken and the breakfast was a joke, city jail has better breakfast
